What I loved the most was the way she tested her products on sections of my hair to see how my curl reacted. This way we choose the right styling product for future use. She then took time to teach me how to use the products so I could go home and leave the house like I just walked out of the salon myself! So, since that was so magical, I took the next step and fixed the color! Since 9th grade I always wanted did engine red curls throughout my hair. Just pick random curls. Cannot say enough good things!!! Lily did a full color correction on me after a terrible experience at a different salon and I'm so pleased with the results. She takes pride in what she does and it SHOWS. Throughout the process she used protective sprays and treatments to prevent damage and dryness. She changed her personal schedule to fit me in. Her two associates were a dream and were extremely knowledgeable. I really feel like the three of them listened to what I wanted and took the best care of me!!
