What made it worse is there was no communication if he couldn't finish on a certain date as promised. We paid him and a couple days later noticed there were some bricks not glued. We asked that this final part be finished, we were told "it will be done next saturday, June 12, 2021" 6 days from the date we inquired. AGAIN, no show and no communication....... It's bad enough to not follow through on dates, but not communicating to your customers is unacceptable...... I wouldnt refer this company to anyone PERIOD.........

I want to give an honest and comprehensive review and I can't think of anything they could have done better. He listened to me when I initially explained what I wanted and he offered suggestions. He was never pushy (like some other landscapers we talked to.) When I changed my mind about where I wanted sod added, on the day it was being installed, they said ok, did more work to accommodate my request and just rolled with it. This was a several day job and before leaving for the day they always cleaned up all they areas where they were working. This was awesome and I didn't feel that I was living in a construction zone with dirt and safety hazards everywhere. This was very refreshing as I've hired many contractors/landscapers for other houses in the past and I pretty much hated every minute of the experience-especially the mess that was left for the entire job. His prices are very fair and was actually lower than some quotes we received for the job, where the owners were pushy and rude and I knew I wouldn't be able to work with them. To be honest, we decided to work with Jose before he returned with the quote considering how kind/friendly and easy to work with he seemed during our communications and two meetings prior to starting the work. We are not finished working with Jose, as we immediately decided on more things we wanted to accomplish with his help. This job has included new sprinkler lines and drip irrigation lines, removal of old weedy grass, leveling and installation of new sod. We are very happy with the results.
