The leadership within the dojo is amazing! They teach the students many things but the one I like most is RESPECT, (giving and receiving). For school aged students, education comes first! Sensei Walker is adamant about the kids maintaining their grades. I feel students receive a "well rounded" martial arts education here. Not only do they learn the physical aspects of the art, but they learn how to be good people and good citizens too! In the two years of attending this dojo, I've noticed such positive changes with my kids, including confidence and leadership. My son's grades have improved 10 fold!! Not every dojo is going to be a good fit for everyone. THIS dojo is a great fit for us! I cannot imagine my kids being anywhere else! Thank you, Bushido Academy!

Coach Beth and the other coaches are all phenomenal with the kids. She has this rare ability to blend discipline and fun seamlessly. The kids aren't just learning techniques. They're building confidence, resilience, leadership, and a strong mindset. You can see the growth both on and off the mats. You'll see the growth in your kids fairly quickly at home as well. My daughter competes, and this is truly a top-tier competition team. The training is high level, structured, and intentional. Not to mention, the culture is incredibly supportive. The teammates push each other while genuinely cheering one another on. I started training myself in January, and the adult program is just as strong. The Gi classes with Coach Casey, Coach Phil, Coach Beth, as well as NoGi with Coach Todd are all technical, detailed, and challenging in all the right ways. Each coach brings a different strength and perspective, which makes the learning experience well-rounded, challenging, and constantly evolving. Whether you're brand new or looking to sharpen your competition game, the level of instruction is the outstanding. If you're considering jiu jitsu, for your child or for yourself, give Logos a try. The coaching, the culture, and the community are unmatched.

My granddaughter has been participating at Mile High Karate since September. She was first…read moreintroduced at school, where classes where held at her school. She had an interest after 4 weeks of joining the classes at the Westminster office. When she began attending at the Westminster office is when I had an opportunity to go and watch her classes and see the program they have first hand. I was impressed. Its just not about Karate, its about other life skills she is learning. Yes, sir - Yes, Mam is used at all times in the class and although my daughter and her husband are a bit uncomfortable with their daughter calling them with this respect, I do not. Respect is missing in our culture, and the Martial Arts has a foundation based on respect. Learning about how to handle situations with strangers and how to protect yourself with your words was powerful learning for her and the other students. I told my Daughter I would pay for her training and when you look at the rate vs. the number of hours of training available it was very competitive to what Mom pays for her dancing. After several months, my granddaughter made the decision she wanted to pursue becoming a Black Belt. A packet of information was provided that talked about the committment needed over the next 4 to 6 years for her to obtain it. Now she is only 6 1/2 years old, but she is already is a high achiever in school, with Dancing and now with Karate. The owner and his wife, along with their staff, all who began Karate at Mile High at a younger age are good people. They take interest in the students and they make it fun. This past weekend was a special event of Saturday. A special class for the entire school was held where the students learned how to break boards! The first hour and half was learning how to visualize their goal, and practicing on cushioned hand pads held between two concrete blocks. By the end of the Special Event my granddaughter broke 3 boards as did many of the other students by themselves. And even those who were not able to on their own, got assistance from the instructions, who cradled their hands and "helped" them break the boards. The looks on kids faces even younger than my daughter, with now holding two boards where there was once one, was powerful. I have two sons who were in the Scouting program and both achieved and are Eagle Scouts. I see similarities in Scouting with the program at Mile High Karate. Character development was just as important in Scouting as was the camping and other activities. Same in Mile High Karate program. Just like Scouting, Karate is not for every kid's parents. Same held true in Scouting where some parents saw a commitment to go camping every month as a deal breaker. But the benefits in both program for those who stay with it can be life changing and can help mold them for later in life. I am grateful my granddaughter is in this program. She loves it and she likes the friends she has met.

Limitless Martial Arts 10/10, will go again…read more If you skip the rest, I want to say one thing: "No Contracts". .. if you've trained in other martial arts, you know that this is a *huge* commit by the staff to your experience and school culture. ---- I've been attending ~3-4x/wk since Dec 2022, Muay Thai & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. I'm a middle aged adult in average shape. I've attended a range of martial arts and am a military veteran. Here is what I've seen so far: - The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. - There is a family culture which is passionate & welcoming. - The emphasis is on student growth. Real-life + schedule pressures are ok. - (culture) The advanced students are about knowledge transfer & don't act threatened or indifferent to new members. Regarding the facility and operations: - Facility is clean and well-maintained. Walk in and notice - no locker room smell. - No contracts! Payment stuff has been no-friction for me. - Uniform requirements are fair and affordable (check out reddit BJJ $$$ horror stories). - My classes are not typically crowded, have experienced more 1:1 attention (accelerating progress). -Rob https://www.facebook.com/thelimitlessofco/

Very tight knit community, they practice purely NOGI, not my favorite but some may prefer that style. The instructors at the school are very knowledgeable and personable.
