Really friendly service. The store had no one else but me in it and I got the usual greeting "let me know if I can help you" stuff while I saw the worker multitasking. Browsed on my own which I appreciated because workers usually hover around you if you're a minority in certain shops. The guy working there didn't mind me interrupting him for help and he got me rung up and had me test the product before leaving to ensure it was working. We were sent to to this place from a bag storage app. The owner was disinterested and strange from the very beginning. The palace is a absolute pig stye. When we returned for our luggage my brother helped himself to the sanitizer and it squirted on the floor and the owner flipped. One might ask how he even saw something squirt on the floor... the dude watches every move reminded me of a meth head on the swivel. As we walked out he was talking loudly for us to understand how discussed he was with sanitizer getting on his dusty floors. These people are scammers. Big time scamming over in this business. From busted glass pieces to rat bitten candy bars, this place is total trash. The guys running it are always super rude and misogynistic, don't let your girl go in here alone, they'll rip any woman off and jack up the prices. Always ask for a receipt and double check the prices because they have doubled the tax and crumble the receipts. This is the WORST smoke shop ever. The owner is a crook. I had just moved here during COVID, wanted to help out a local business and was under the impression that smoke shops often sold cigarettes at a cheaper price than your average gas station or convenience store, not the case here. He sells his cigarettes for, on average 50 cents higher than the 7/11 across the street. He is always on the phone. Will pretend his doesn't recognize or know people like me, or my neighbors, who, for a while were going in 4-5 days a week. Once he has discovered your habits or things that you regularly buy, he'll let you know that he has raised the price on a certain item, and type it in as a "custom item" on his computer. If you send in a friend or someone he doesn't know, the item will be charged to them at normal price. Not a good guy or business plan. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, the absolute worst store I've been to in Seattle. Their vaporizers are old products that they try to sell as new, despite charging more that what newer models cost everywhere else. When I pointed this out the cashier came around to my side of the counter, pointed at the vaporizers and said "Sir, are you blind, all the prices are clearly marked." He claimed that they had only purchased the products a year ago so they weren't old models. This store has zero qualms ripping people off, and will even defend ripping you off to your face. I live right by this shop and would love to give them high marks but they are horrendous. After my last experience I will never go back, and despite their convenient location I urge everyone else to avoid them as well. I've yet to see a single employee even smile. I'm astounded anyone has ever had a decent experience in this store. I marked their price range as "Ultra High End" not because the products they sell are amazing (they're not, they are often old outdated products in fact), but you will be paying as if everything is the newest and best. I bought a pipe yesterday (at a premium), and today I went back to buy a pipe screen. He tried to charge me $1 for a single screen, and got angry and asked me if I thought he was crazy when I tried to negotiate. All I can really speak to are the cigars here. For a small shop the variety isn't huge but it is there. The nice thing is that there is a full range of prices, so whether you want the $16 Romeo e Julieta it the $5 Arturo Fuente, you're covered here. Prices are competitive, and the proprietor is very friendly -- remembers your name, what you like, and all the good things associated with running a small business. I can't comment on the vaping accessories as yet -- because I'm not shopping for those. WAY OVERPRICED! I ran in today for a pack of smokes. Camel 99. $9.00 bucks?!? I commented to the gentleman that their store is expensive and overpriced. He replied, "downtown, it's expensive." I explained I am local and live up the hill in queen anne. The plaid pantry, 7-11, even QFC is cheaper. Yes, I know it's a free market. People can charge whatever they want. Competitive prices are important to survive in business though. Two smoke shops in DT on 3rd charge roughly 6 dollars a pack. First and last time shopping here. Just not worth the money. There's nothing really bad about this place but then there's nothing really good. So they started off kind of midstream the selection isn't too bad the prices aren't too bad and they're convenient for me. If they were only being rated on product and pricing I would givethem maybe three stores. But customer service deserves a one. They're just plain rude. Initially I said it's a cultural thing. Or there in the kind of business that gets robbed and they have to be suspicious. But if I walk in and ask a question I feel like I'm bothering them they will only get off the phone if they have to and look like I'm annoying him to buy something from them. Alaska question though look at me as if I'm annoying him and interrupting their day and give a quick answer if it's not the right answer if they don't understand if I was unclear I'll ask again and I get another lock and it will I really feel that every time I go there they just don't like customers. C I don't think that's a cultural thing I think that's just day you're annoying to get out of here. They also pull the trick where they never really complete the transaction on the cash register it shows but if they don't hit the cash register equivalent of the enter key they can escape out of it and it never shows up to the register and they never pay tax on it. And that means we have to pay higher taxes elsewhere because the tax rate is based on what the state needs to bring in. It's clear they distrust customers but also give me a good reason to distrust them. If I have a choice I'll try elsewhere. read more

Went to ziks looking for an e cigarette and the juice for it... Not knowing anything about it I attempted to see what I could find and with the reviews I read I thought why not.... They have a big selection of everything and wanted to show me the best stuff which I was ok with I ended up with a e cig comparable to the V2 I was looking at buying and got a couple of flavors to try..... Was allittle spendy but was ok for what I got was happy with the service and I will return for more juices read more

Pricey and bad customer service. I saw another review "Generally disinterested", that about sums it up. They carry a local line of e-juice that is really good, here's the thing - they don't keep it in stock. I went in over two months ago and they had several flavors out of stock, clearly there's a demand. They keep telling me "We'll have some next week", fast forward over two months later and still nothing. Today I went in and asked "Oh that? Maybe next week" haha, yeah I won't be back. The worst thing is the local e-juice company won't sell to individual customers in Washington State, which is understandable since they want you supporting local businesses but it's kind of a problem when the local store simply refuses to restock. I guess I'll have to find another store that carries it or order it online through another company, just another hassle. read more

Based upon the last reviewer I went to Zik Seattle Smoke Shop to look at e-cigs. I've been looking online and am familiar with the most popular brands. This place has a good variety of vaporizers...but very light on quality (or even cool) e-cigs. The biggest problem today, was the service. The shopkeeper kept telling me the prices of random items instead of listening to what I wanted. Kanger? Smok? Pipe mod? He showed me a tenacious 7 saying it was the best, and only 70.00. Another customer came in as I was looking. He asked for a cheap, 10.00, clearomizer as I randomly found a protank II in the cluttered display case and asked to see it. They wanted 32.00 for it. The other customer asked if it was good and I said many people like them, but said also that they were half the price online. The shopkeeper, smelling a sale, quickly lowered the price to 30.00. They finally settled on 27.00. After the other customer left I said how great it was that I made this guy 20.00...he pretended not to know what I had said and showed me the tenacious 7 again. read more
