The positives include the friendlyness of the staff they do not pry into your life like some hair dressers and are happy to listen as they work. The prices are reasonable and the hair cuts are of a good standard. They are open to both women and men. The popularity of this hairdressers is shown in the appointments you could have a weeks wait if a staff member is on holiday to get an appointment. Though that is always a good sign not ideal if you get an unexpected appointment or occasion to attend.

I sat and waited a couple of minutes until the last client was finished and i was listened to in describing what i wanted. The girl was friendly and not only this she unlike many hairdressers i have been to was more than happy to have a conversation rather than just fire questions at me. I just sat and listened as that suits me better. I must admit when i went in it didn't look like your normal hairdressers just a few mirrors on the wall and chairs etc but don't let this put you off the staff are friendly and the prices reasonable.

Nice comfortable surroundings although the shop from the outside looks tiny it extends right the way back. They also sell Wella hair products usually at good prices (these are the salon products not what you'd get from the chemist), which is good for a last minute present if you can't get into East Kilbride to go to Salon Services or Sally hair. They also stock wedding hair jewellery and can have items made to order. Overall they are friendly but expensive, I was £65 for a cut and highlights.

My first visit was okay although i don't feel i got what i had thought i had described but hey it was okay as a guy it was cut and that was all that mattered. The second time was enough to put me off and im not the only person to feel this and wont be back. I had an appointment yet 45 minutes later was still waiting until i asked how much longer to be told due to illness etc it would be at least another 30 minutes. i understand illness but surely i should have been either phoned or told when i walked in needless to say more time past and i eventually walked out.
