They say they're adding new services which will be exciting. I've been coming here since last year and I've really enjoyed my experience. They're on route 1 in north Brunswick near the CVS, next door to the UPS, in Commerce Plaza corner of 1 and Commerce Blvd. It doesn't look like anything from the outside (it's a strip mall in Jersey, not their fault) but the inside is always nice, clean and the staff truly cares. There are two ladies named Tara, one that's front desk and one that's finance. Both are amazing. So kind and so warm. Dental assistant Christina is great. I'll keep coming here and will update my review if anything changes.

Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. He treats his staff with the upmost respect, creating a positive environment for everyone. His assistants only assist with Dr Goldstein in the room, compared to other offices where untrained assistants complete procedures without the doctor. I feel cared for on a personal level even though he is just one doctor doing everything! Dr Goldstein always has a positive attitude, he always makes jokes and sings little songs while working. It's hard to find a doctor who cares and does the most for his patients. You can tell that he does all of this for his patients and not for himself. He will give you an appointment out of his lunch break to accommodate, he will drive to the office if it's 12 in the morning to help with a lip injury to avoid any surgery in the ER, he calls patients the night of getting braces to check how their feeling, doesn't charge for missed appointments or broken braces. I could go on for years on how good of a doctor he is. If you're gonna get braces and you don't go to Dr. Goldstein expect to not see this level of care anywhere else.

A very big job by any means .. The Dr. sat with me , and told me straight up what he thought I needed to do , and then I told him what I was looking to do ! We agreed , the only thing I was afraid of was having a plate in my mouth that came in & out during the duration , which would be about a year . This great Dr. made me a plate for the upper teeth , that stayed in permanently until he took it out in the office . Not only did he take the fear away , he saved my dignity . He really did go out of his way to make sure I was happy every step of the way !! He is very professional , he talks to you with respect , and he LISTENED to what I wanted !! Not what he thought would look good ! I wanted Hollywood White ! Another dentist told me that wasn't natural looking!! I didn't want to look natural! This wonderful Dr. delivered exactly what I wanted !! As for his staff , you couldn't ask for better !! Every call is answered with a pleasant voice on the other end ,! Also, aware that I have low sinuses, I didn't think I would be a candidate for implants. Not knowing anyone who does this kind of work and looking online for prosthodontics in my area did not result in many recommendations. My friend, Valerie Juzwiak, recommended Dr. Beckwith, as she had gone to school with him. I called Cornerstone and spoke with a knowledgeable, compassionate woman, Linda. I explained what was happening and how upset I was about the situation; she quickly arranged for a consult with Dr. Beckwith. After scans and xrays, it was worse than expected; both bridges had failed, left and right sides, and I had a sinus infection. Dr. Beckwith had more of an idea of what he was dealing with and developed an agreeable action plan. I spoke with Linda numerous times about my anxiety and hesitation about having such a procedure and how this was so life-changing. Linda was very understanding, empathic, and caring; she took me thru all the steps I should expect and things I didn't even think of and answered all my questions. Dentistry has changed, it's not what you might remember, and this office is state-of-the-art. On the day of surgery, Linda, Lisa, and Dr. Beckwith ensured that I was comfortable and not experiencing pain. The procedures took over seven hours; it was a lot of work. Overall, the whole experience was great, from the preparation to the procedures, and while the healing process continues, it's a lot better than I was expecting.

She was patient and understanding when I had questions about insurance. Never settle on a dentist, if you don't like the one you go to, there are others who will make the pain a pleasure.

They all went smoothly, and I had no complications. I've had about half a dozen procedures done, and it was as close to enjoyable as having someone drill into your teeth can be. Regarding the "tricks" that someone else said he plays, he was very forthcoming with me that two of my cavities were close to the root, and one potentially needed a root canal. Both went without a hitch, and neither needed the more extensive work. I feel like there is always an unknown element with dental work as to how deep cavities really are, and sometimes there's no way to know without getting in there - radiologists are specialists in hospitals for a reason.

She relayed that the Dr, D'apolito would want to examine me before he did the cleaning. I agreed as long as I would not be required to take x-rays. (I explained that I cared for a close relative who died from a brain tumor so I avoid x-rays when ever possible.) I did, however, have a full set of x-rays sent over from my former dentist who had retired. Melissa stated that she would note on my chart that I would not be required to have x-rays. When I arrived at the appointment, Dr. D'apolito began his examination. I must add at this point that although he advertises himself as "Gentle Dentistry," he was quite rough pushing my head from side to side and stretching my lips. I have had other oral exams that were done with much more gentleness. Then Dr. D'apolito diagnosed me as needing an implant replaced and two root canals re-done. I told him that I was not experiencing any discomfort at all and would like to think about his suggestions. I was polite and courteous. When the exam was over, I returned to Melissa's desk in order to schedule the cleaning. It was then that I was told that Dr. D'apolito would not do the cleaning unless I had x-rays taken so he could address the other work he advised that I needed! I was stunned! I told Melissa that I was clear when I made the appointment that I did not want x-rays. I stated that I needed to think about the other work that the doctor wanted to do; but my purpose on that day was to schedule a cleaning. Melissa stated that the Dr. D'apolito would not do the cleaning and then told me my fee for the day. I replied (very respectfully) that I felt that I had been misled. I had been clear when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted a cleaning. So from the backroom, Dr. D'apolito shouted, "Let her leave!" Wow. I guess he was angry because I was not yet a big paycheck for him. It's clear to me that Dr. D'apolito 's main interest is his wallet and not his patient's well-being. Ironically, I probably would have had the other work done but at that point, I no longer trusted him. He is more a mercenary than a physician.
