Had my car in for detailing this week. Could not have been happier with the service and how clean my car is. They got to every crevice. Staff was customer friendly. Environment great to wait in as well. Highly recommend. read more

Scheduled an appointment for rust prevention a week in advance. Left vehicle in morning with plan to pick vehicle up the next day evening. I was told 1 day prep 1 day spray. Got a call the next day saying nothing was done - pick up the vehicle because staff called in sick both days. Told to come back sometime to reschedule. Had to arrange drop off and pick up and my new vehicle had a fresh door ding. read more

The guy at the counter is normally always high and throwing back my debit card is not customer service sir, you need to work on your customer service because your a piece of work get some manners just because you work on cars doesn't give you the tight to be dick to a paying customer . read more

Save your money and go someplace else. I have had my cars detailed many times. Their work would did not meet anyone's standards. 150 bucks to have the outside detailed. Hand wash, Red Clay buff and wax. I was driving home and saw the bug mess that was on my windshield before the detail, found cured wax that had not been buffed off. I ended up going over the whole car to finish their work. Then looking at the paint I still had some staining in the paint which should have been removed easily when applying the clay buff. I was able to use a soft rag to remove these stains. You can get a much better job for your money elsewhere. Ziebart did a 1/2 assed job. read more

I've been here a couple times in the past for different services. I had the undercoating sprayed on my Jeep Wrangler which was done well. I also had a remote start installed on the same Jeep a couple years ago. It worked fine for about a year then I stopped using it for awhile due to the problems it had. Then recently, I figured I'd see if I could get them to look at it and maybe it wouldn't cost much to fix. Made the appt, dropped it off and a few hours later got the call it was done and ready to be picked up, no charge. I was glad I brought it back. Soon after picking it up, I could tell it still wasn't working properly so back on the phone with them. This time I asked what they would charge me to just remove the whole remote system as it seemed to be more of a headache than it was worth. The tech talked me into letting them have it back and replacing whatever needed replacing to get it right. His own words were "we can take it out but you paid for it and had it installed for a reason, let us make it right for you" I brought it back again and a few hours later he said to come get it, no more problems. He explained there was more to the problem than he originally thought and did end up replacing more parts to get it operating correctly. After all this, they still didn't charge me a dime and it works perfectly fine now, just like when I bought it new! The techs went above and beyond to make sure I had a working remote even after I suggested we remove and junk it, I'm so glad he did. Nothing better than climbing in a nice warm Jeep on these frigid winter days!! I appreciate the tech crew for getting it done right and the young lady behind the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well! Nothing but good vibes with this place, I'll be back. read more

Had my car completely detailed inside and out in May for a remarkable price! Excellent work on an 8 year old car including removing the seats to get all those crumbs and stray fries. In August, in 95 degree heat, a gallon of milk was accidentally left in the trunk...for 3 days... Can you say 'explosion?' The manager at this Ziebart location was honest enough to tell me they were NOT going to be able to get the smell out of the carpet mat and recommended I call salvage yards to find another. I appreciated the honesty which helped me to NOT become an unsatisfied customer. They did an incredible job on the rest of the trunk, including several interior floor car mats that I had not replaced in the car after the May detailing. My replacement trunk carpet met will be delivered soon, I found one online after salvage yards couldn't find one. The price was excellent, the work quality, fast and professional. Need a clean car? This is the place!!! read more

I have had 2 other cars in the past with the Window Tinting at this location. They do an awesome and great quality work! I also got the Aquapel treatment which is a little better than RainX and for $20 that lasts about 6 months, great to have the water just bead off when driving! They do an awesome job at the tints and yes you can pick from a lot of the tint colors. Just a good thing with all the people out there who are nosy or thieves looking into cars it's good to protect yourself and also it helps keep the car much cooler and protect the inside too! Thanks again for the awesome and fast service! A+ read more

Not sure if this happens a lot but I thought I would just give everyone a heads up. I dropped off my Jeep to be detailed, I did not know they were going to be cleaning out the glove box, or I would have locked it. They took everything out of the glove box and through it all in a box in the back of the Jeep. Well they also took my $400.00 sunglasses and dropped them in the same box out of the case, right next to that screw driver. Thanks I really like my new scratches. I also thought it was really funny how 4 gift cards were missing from the box, so I had to call and at first no one had a clue about the gift cards. But they were going to "look into it". Now luckily someone "found" them. I did end up getting them back, however, I should have never had this problem. Now to get to the detailing, there is still dust on the dash, there is dog hair still in the back of the Jeep, now I know its really hard to get it all, however, after getting home I was able to vacuum it all up in less then 30 mins. Lets not forget the mud left on the seat-belt. So thanks for not cleaning my Jeep and keeping my gift cards then scratching my favorite sunglasses. read more
