STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE! I recently got my windows re-tinted due to failing to pass inspection and brought my car to Ziebart to fix this. I dropped it off no problem and came back later to pick it up; being instructed to not roll down the windows for 3 days. After waiting the allotted time, as instructed, I noticed as I was both driving and while also cleaning my car's windows in my driveway that there were many small bubbles that formed on both sides. 30+ micro bubbles littered the windows obstructing view ever so slightly. Ok, no problem. Just take it back and they will fix it, right? They must care about their work because one's work speaks for their business and of themselves. WRONG! I took it back to rectify this problem - showing and explaining to the ONLY tinter they have what was wrong. He quickly took my keys and I waited while he worked on it. Now you know when you go to a restaurant and they mess up your meal and you have to decided wether it's worth it to risk telling the waiter because they might f*ck with your food because they're assholes and you make them have to work more? Well... this was quite similar in terms of situation. Yeah, they'll do the work, but will they do something as a passive aggressive act to get back for wanting my car to look the best it can with the money that's been put into it? Unfortunately the answer is YES. I get the car back, take a look at the windows to check for the air bubbles and leave. As I'm driving back home I notice something new - the leather doors have a bunch of chemical residue sloppily left on. Now I start to really look around and notice even more! They scratched off a part of my leather and tried to hide it with some red jelly substance, while also scratching a line on the other side of my door too! The pictures attached are some of the left behind from this job, but not all of it because my phone cannot pick up the dirt/chemicals residue left behind on the front window, rear fenders, and the outside of the door. Now, I cannot attest as to the quality of other services they provide, but if this is indicative at all of the quality of work they provide, I would take notice and make appropriate decisions. read more

Daniel V 06/14/2023 I'm writing a year from today, on 07/12/2022 I took me Mercades, to see if I could get an estimate on a detail, I ask if they could do a sample do to scathes on the truck in back. they did a sample, there were burn marks from the commercial buffer. it was done so fast, in the parking Lott, I ask Ricks Son Andrew to look at the work done, Him and Angel Who actually did the job, they saw the problem and said they could fix it, to bring car in the next morning 10am, so I did, When I pulled in I was immediately addressed by rick, he was very aggressive towards me. if you would have asked me his condition, I would have said he had a hangover from the day before, I'm 64yr old, He treated me. badly, I was humiliated by Rick the owner, He cussed me out, to "get. your ass out of here", "get out with that shit", this now, it's more about how he would stoop that low, to cuss an elderly person, and I have to speak up for all elderly persons, who may end up getting service done, this was unprofessional, demeaning, having been threaten, verbally abused, and mistreated, I left Ziebart nervous, shaken, and mentally disturbed, he's hostility, and use of manipulation, Insults, and ridiculed, the whole experience was devastating, it took me this long to get the courage to list this. due to my distress and my physical handicap. read more

I tookl my Ford Tremor in to have the undercoating, sound deadening, and rust protection installed. Rick and Johnny did a great job with good customer service. They are very professional and helpful. We drove from Bandera so we had some down time at their shop. They recommended good food and offered to take us anywhere we wanted and would come puck us up later. When driving home you could notice that the road noise was less noticeable. Great job If you need things done to your vehicle please stop by and experience for yourselves their great workmanship and how professional thus team is. read more

Outstanding job on a Rhino Spray-on Bedliner! It looks great! The guys handling the desk were very responsive and could have got me in immediately when I stopped by to ask about making an appointment! I had too much to do so we scheduled it for the next morning. All the guys I met there were very professional. Now, let me tell you why I went to Ziebart! I have a 1993 Ford F150 that is currently rotting away in my back yard. That is everything except the bed of my truck. Many years ago, when I first bought the truck I went to Ziebart for a Spray-on bedliner! Fifteen years later the bad of that truck is in much better shape then the rest of the truck! Took my new car in to get windows tinted and I was very happy they had a discounted price for the years end on the tint I wanted. They did an awesome job with the work they did. The wait wasn't very long but I was the first one there. For them to do a good job they have to take there time to get it just right and give the customer the result the customer wants. Just had my annual service performed at a cost of $199. Worst job ever! Cargo area was not touched. Bottoms of doors not done. These were the visible issues so I question the rustproofing portion. There were runs on back hatch. Only positive was the windows were clean. Staff were nice and offered to do what they missed it shouldn't have gotten that far. I won't go back. Not recommended. read more

Now a year a few months have passed after my horrific experience at Ziebart. The paint job that they did on the front bumper is chipping everywhere. The bumper is pretty much a nasty eyesore. After spending so much money on the job that didn't even get done. I will have to get a body shop to repair the bumper. read more

Many years ago we did business with for rust proofing, etc. They had a lifetime warranty on our vehicles and did great work. Then, they left town and our warranties got transferred to Sames Crow. Sames decided it was not cost effective to continue Ziebart's work, so the Ziebart corporation bought out the lifetime warranty for $100. Fast forward a year and Ziebart is back, but those warranties have been bought out and are no longer good. They lost my trust with this incident and I will not be coming back. read more

This is the first time that I have ever written a Yelp review, but feel Ziebart in Corpus is very deserving of a 5 star review. I had the best experience ever here! I made my appointment months in advance as we were traveling from Austin and wanted to maximize our Thanksgiving weekend. Every-time I called to confirm or ask a question, and I had a lot, I was treated with respect. My daughter and I showed up on our appointment day and were driven to a local movie theater to pass the time by Ismael, super nice! And Alli did a great job on my Jeep. They went above and beyond and my jeep looks great. Their customer service was 5 starts and they made the travel very worthwhile. read more

Brought car in with a gift certificate. They kept the car from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and when we picked up the car it was still dirty! They had forgotten to wash the trunk lid, there was still bug guts on the rear view mirror, and when we mentioned it they came out with a damp rag and tried to wipe off the dirt. The employees were dismissive and disrespectful. When we pushed the matter, the employee threw a business card at my sister and said, "Call the owner." Worthless rip-off artists is the best way I can describe this particular Ziebart and it's employees. These guys are not even one star. read more
