The employees are always friendly and helpful if needed. They have childcare which is something we must have or I wouldn't be able to work out. My kids love the care workers, and play room. On the weekend they can join a workout class with other kids their age and they love that as well. They have seperate mens/women's locker rooms with a shower if that is something you need. They also offer many work out classes throughout the day in addition to all the awesome weightlifting equipment. At the end of your workout, on occasion, you can grab a fresh piece of fruit. They are an amazing gym, and we are so happy to have found them. The people that go are friendly and I never feel out of place or unwelcomed.
