Not a lot of information on the ramens as they are sorted by broad category such as beef, cheese, vegetable, and spicy. Once you pick your flavor staff make it for you. They also offer to add fresh carrot, cabbage, garlic, and onion. You can also pay extra for toppings such as artificial crab, cheese, fish balls, etc. Taste wise I guess it really depends on what you pick. It is pretty basic and my "cheese" one was hardly cheesy and I wonder if it was made with less water if it would have been more flavorful. You can also buy them to take home. They give you a discount as I think the prices shown include the service to make it.
