Like a movie trailer. Their editor, Jacqueline, was the one who sifted through nine hours of footage and selected the most perfect moments to showcase on the video. Since my wedding was 6 years ago and since I only had 2 hours of video footage as opposed to my sister's 9 hours, I didn't have much hope that anything could be done with my wedding video that would result in the same quality as my sister's. However, Jacqueline reviewed my footage and assured me that she's be able to put something together for me. I was AMAZED with what I received in return. My updated video is a perfect representation of my wedding day, and Jacqueline was able to showcase the most perfect moments just by instinct alone. She is a true artist in every sense of the word. I'm not sure how many editors Furla Vision uses, but I can say that Jacqueline is incredible. I cried when I watched my video, and I have watched it over and over again, each time seeing something I hadn't seen before. I never knew how special a wedding video would feel until I received mine. It was a true gift, and I will be forever grateful that my mom convinced me to redo mine with their new technology and talent. They have a gem in Jacqueline. Even my husband teared up at seeing the video, and he never cries. Great work!

Our family had a great portrait sitting at Studio West in 2010. We worked directly with Jeff, the…read moreowner, and Jen, the studio office manager. It was a simple process to get a convenient time for our portrait date. Jeff worked with me and my wife to suggest a good outfit and nice look for our 3 very young children and ourselves so that we would look and feel our best. Jeff posed us in a comfortable, fun way for at least 4 different styles or looks during the portrait session. Our children were ages 5, 3, and 1 at the time so it was kind of crazy with the kids but Jeff made it easy, stress-free, fun, and gave us all a great look. The guy is great with children and works seamlessly with each family to make it personalized and professional. The pictures look awesome. He captured dozens of great photos!! Now that we have 4 children we need to go back to Studio West and take pictures of our children again since they are older and look different. We will definitely use Studio West in downtown Libertyville again for the next photo shoot in 2013!

Marc really took the time to get to know my husband & I to see what our vision for our wedding photos was to make sure that we were really able to tell the story of our day. We ended up with so many amazing shots that really captured the awesomeness of our day! So many of our guests have also commented on how great our pictures are as well. As a bride, you have so many things to worry about and Marc definitely helped to make my life easier by making sure that we had talked about & planned as much as possible ahead of time & staying in contact with me whenever I needed him. It really helped knowing that I had that much less to worry about. Thank you so much for everything Marc!!

I grew up the daughter of a professional art photographer. I have spent a lot of time looking at art photography. Marc has a wonderful eye for composition and emotion. When you look at his work you feel in your gut what is playing out in the pictures. He then combines that talent with a great eye for lighting and beauty. He is also meticulous in his preparations. Marc took great care to understand everything he could about our desires for the photos. This included not only who and what we wanted photographed, but he also sought to understand the mood we wanted portrayed. He probed us to understand our family and friend relationships so he knew who to focus extra time on when it came it to candid shots. He helped us understand how the timeline of the day would play out and how it would effect the photography making sure we would plan in the moments we needed to get specific shots. He was also easy to work with and a tremendously friendly and honorable guy. I feel very lucky to have had him photograph our wedding.

I was interacting with her from the get go - selecting dates, setting appointments, discussing wardrobe / color schemes / themes, the actual shoot and photos post that. We wanted to do a smash cake which Sara did an amazing job with and also took a whole bunch of candid & posed family pics. The angles she chose were quite different and we loved that our pictures didn't look like the regular stuff. She took care of all the props and the clean up after the smash cake! Unlike many other photographers the package price she offers includes full access to all of the digital photos at that one rate and no surprises. We would love to work again with Sara should we decide to take more pics in future. More importantly to share the experience with you should you be looking for a photographer. I met Daniel at a family wedding. There, he was professional and I took notice to his patience, professionalism and attention to detail. So of course I reached out and booked him. I needed to update photos of my kids in the home as well as get their headshots done for their composite cards. First off he is very responsive and I think it's very important that you have good communication. It tells you a lot about their character and dedication to take the time to work with you. We had to reschedule our original appointment due to one of my kids coming down with hives and that wasn't an issue with him at all, in fact he was able to get us in the following week. When we arrived to our appointment he was ready to go, he had even brought a clothing rack knowing we had a few outfit changes. He made suggestions to what backgrounds clothing details we should get the kids shot in. Now having two kids (ages 4 and 7) take pictures is a workout alone and it takes patience and creativity. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing our experience went. My daughter froze up, began to cry and refused to shoot. She shut the whole thing down and there was nothing I can do to get her to stop crying. Daniel went along and focused on my son wasting no time and she took notice to how much fun they were having. We tried one more time with her and played a little "magic". In the back of my mind I for sure thought she was done after her meltdown. Daniel went with it and pretended if I sprinkled a little magic dust on him that he couldn't see her and ONLY if he took a picture she would appear. It worked like a charm! He went with this the whole shoot. He had her going from tears to cheeky smiles! Now I've had plenty of experiences with other photographers that have said, " come back another time" and just not willing to make the extra effort. Daniel did his job, he didn't rush us and made this experience so much fun for the kids. We just had the photo session done last week, since then he has sent me sneak peaks of the images within a few days pointing out his favorites as he has been going through and editing over 300 pictures he took! Yes, 300!! I know this review is lengthy, but the bottom line is he doesn't just hold a camera and say smile, he really has magic he brings to the table to deliver results and meet your expectations. Thank you again Daniel. The kids had a great time and can't wait to come back for another shoot! You all need to call and book him!
