I am so happy I gave them a try as my experiences with the entire practice and staff have been absolutely amazing! Dr. John Mannelly is an excellent and experienced dentist! When I first started going to him he repaired some old dental work which was my start in knowing how excellent of a dentist he is since he did such a great job! From there I trusted him with an Invisalign program and after 8 months my crowded teeth are straight! I never had braces as a child and decided to do this for my teeth and gum health and self confidence as well. Afterwards I had Zoom whitening done on them and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Mannelly is so very nice and professional and well educated and it is a pleasure to have someone as awesome as him taking care of my teeth and gum health and smile! His assistant Gladys is amazing as well! She is very skilled in her work and is so kind and nice and caring! Michelle and Rachel are both dental hygienists who have also done excellent jobs cleaning and taking care of my teeth to assist in keeping them healthy. Last but definitely not least, Amanda at the front desk is an absolute gem! She is always so welcoming and nice and upbeat every time I go to their office and is awesome at friendly reminders for appointments and working together with patients to manage bill payments. This dentist is 2 minutes from my house, so I decided to give it a try. I've always been skeptical of going to the dentist ever since I had a bad experience with a root canal at a previous dentist. It was over a year since I was at a dentist when I went to see Dr. Oleg Simkovic and I had a cleaning and was having an issue with my previous root canal and needed a filling fixed. The cleaning was horrible, partially my fault since I didn't go to a dentist for so long, but the hygienist was still nice enough. When Dr. Oleg came in, he apologized for making me wait so long and that was about it. No introduction, no conversation (being a new patient)...nothing. He started cleaning my teeth, told me how bad my gums were and could clearly tell I was in pain and just told me to relax (not in a kind, soothing way either). He went on to tell me more things that were wrong with my mouth, which I later found out were false when I went to see a specialist. This was overall the worst experience I had at a dentist. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I went home in so much pain and my mouth was throbbing for hours.

They lied to me on several occasions, regarding the acceptance of my insurance. And from reading through these reviews, I can see that's regular practice. That is lying and stealing from people!

I went in today for…read morea routine cleaning, but after wasting 20 minutes of my morning, they flat-out refused to provide any service because I declined dental x-rays. I made it clear I didn't want or feel the need for x-rays, and as a patient, it's my right to refuse them--plain and simple. Informed consent and patient autonomy are basic rights in healthcare, yet this office treated me like I had no say. They wouldn't even perform the cleaning without forcing x-rays on me first. No real explanation beyond "policy," no discussion of alternatives, and zero respect for my decision. This feels like nothing more than a blatant cash grab--pushing unnecessary radiation exposure and extra billing instead of focusing on actual patient care. The staff couldn't (or wouldn't) explain anything properly; they just see patients as dollar signs. Poor communication, zero empathy, and a complete disregard for patient rights. Signature Dental Group (and their "gentle" approach--ironic) is a joke. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Find a dentist who actually listens to patients and respects their choices instead of strong-arming them into procedures. Save your time and money--avoid this place at all costs.

He explained everything, answered all my questions. Made me laugh. There was a chance of sinus cavity ruptured, but he assured me, he would do his best to not have that happen- it didn't. There was one major difference this time, I was referred to THIS amazing surgeon! The staff, from start to finish and front to back, are perfect. I was so nervous and miserable but after my consultation I felt much more confident. They got my prescriptions sorted out and prepped me for what to expect on the day of my surgery (1 week, a very quick turnaround). The actual surgeon is the BEST medical professional I've ever interacted with. No exaggeration. On the day of my extractions he explained everything that was going to happen and really put my mind at ease. They knocked me out so efficiently I don't remember even feeling funny, I simply woke up with everything done! Leaving, I received a take home kit with all the info I needed, an adorable penguin ice pack to use on my jaw, lip balm to help with dry lips, and a device to spray medicine or saltwater on the extraction sites.
