If something is wrong with your order she gets nasty with you instead of kindly making it right. The new young employee who made sure she told me shes 18 and will show me said "shut up and leave you got what you asked for it's your fault the order is wrong not ours"! This is all because they made my order wrong... At this point I had no food or refund! I asked for management higher up, all the employees all of a sudden were managers. I felt attacked at this point. I've seen the GM come before closing time so I sat and waited until closing time. When the GM came he was worse! He told me he don't believe me that I was threatened, his employees are perfect and that I should find somewhere else to go if I don't like it. He refused to look at camera's even upon my suggestions. He kept telling me none of that happened. I was baffled.
