I also have a Tesla and quality is for sure what I'm looking for. I reached out after business hours, and they still welcomed my call and helped me schedule an appointment for the very next day. From the moment I arrived, their team demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Their pricing is competitive, and their shop is clean and well-organized, which is a major plus for me. The tint quality is outstanding. They use 3M film, one of the most reputable brands in the industry, and the results show it. Definitely shields heat. So much cooler in my car. If you're looking for knowledgeable staff, high-quality work, and exceptional customer service, this is the place. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy with the tint and to answer any questions. Truly a great experience from start to finish.

I spend a lot of time in my truck throughout the day, and with the California sun, the heat buildup inside the cab can get brutal. I decided to go with their ceramic window tint to help cut down on the heat, and they did an excellent job. The workmanship looks fantastic, the installation is very clean, and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of the finished product. I'm especially looking forward to having a much cooler, more comfortable cab while driving and working throughout the day. Great experience, great workmanship, and a quality product. I'd definitely recommend Shield X Window Tint to anyone looking for professional window tinting.

Updated Review Per…read morethe shop's recommendation, I took my vehicle to Tesla for a full inspection of the windshield. After evaluating it, Tesla confirmed that the lines in the glass were caused by external forces -- most likely excessive heat -- and not by any manufacturing defect. They were very clear that there is no scenario where the vehicle would have left the factory with this type of damage. Because of that, the replacement was not covered under warranty, and I had to pay $1,535 out of pocket. Here's what this experience has cost me: * $300 for the original tint * $150 for tint removal -- which I was never informed would be charged, and they only told me I "owed money" after removing it * $1,535 for a new windshield due to damage caused during their tint installation That's almost $2,000 lost, and I'm left with no tint, a brand‑new windshield I had to pay for myself, and zero accountability from the shop. To make matters worse, the owner laughed at my wife during the conversation. That alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect. If you choose to get your tint done here, understand this clearly: If something goes wrong, you will get no support, no responsibility, and possibly even disrespect. What you may get is a bill for the damage they caused.
