He said that she has represented several of his other clients and that she represented him in the purchase of his home as well. After meeting her, we felt that she was a great fit and she helped us with the purchase of a new home and sale of our old home. Valerie really went above and beyond for us. We made an offer on a home, which was rejected. Two weeks later, after visiting many other properties, we decided we wanted to reapproach the sellers of the first home we made an offer on. Unfortunately, the house had been taken off the market the day before. Valerie called their agent who advised that they took it off the market and she no longer represented them. So, Valerie contacted the sellers. They were upset that we came in with a low offer and were hesitant to entertain a second offer from us. Somehow, Valerie managed to convince them to hear us out and we closed on that house the following month! I'm confident that without Valerie, we wouldn't be in our dream home today. When it came to selling our old home, Valerie was just as wonderful. She had the most amazing photos taken and when she stopped by to see how the house was progressing right before we put it on the market, she even helped me spread mulch in the backyard and haul things into the garage! However, my sales guy told me I could not cancel. I told him WRONG! I have 3 business days and because the sale was done in my home. I stupidly decided to move forward, but even to this day, I hate it. Now my installer was great. The only thing is I would have confirmed the window being covered up, BEFORE he covered it up!! When I walked in and saw that that was done . . . My sales guy tried to tell me, everyone covers up their window. That I got a great deal they lost money on. Ha ha I wasn't born this July 11th!! I am so disappointed. Every time I walk by that bathroom my blood just boils. I honestly do NOT feel I got an $8000 upgrade. (Oh BTW, I already have $74 interest on that loan.) I was not offered to install handrails, a glass door etc. I wish you all could see how depressing the bathroom is with the window covered up. Now if I want this wall off the window, I have to plop down over $1000!! Are you kidding me? I didn't give you the OK to do such a thing. One more thing the mess I have had to clean up and am still cleaning up. . . sheetrock dust, EVERYWHERE, the bathroom itself is just nasty. A little better clean up would have been nice.

It took 4 hours of a sales rep explaining the process of a new shower and all the options for them to tell me it would cost 26k. All of a sudden with military and nurse discounts he acted as though it was a miracle that he could get the price down to 19,500. Upon further research, I saw that many people have been duped into paying these prices which are massively inflated. When getting alternative quotes, I was quoted between 10-15k for the same type of job. This company claims that is because of the "lifetime" warranty and giving me brand new copper piping which I do not need. In the end, I am going with a contractor for 8k who uses all the same quality materials.
