(Winter only given they close at 5.30) The area outside is mostly pedestrianised, so little in the way of traffic noise. A variety of seating is available inside and there is a patio area outside with seating. The menu looks good. There are plenty of staff who are enthusiastic and service quick and efficient. The food is presented nicely and the panini I had was excellent. A look at their website will give you the lowdown on the full menu and prices. I will definitely be going back for more. Excellent connectivity with 3G, Edge, full strength mobile signal and free wi-fi.

The once and only time I have sat in, the service was so appalling I could not belive that a coffee chain could be so poor. The tables were left full, uncleaned and the floors looked to be unswept. Ordering at a bar, there appeared to be one girl serving who was doing all the work and was concerned about customer service - the others appeared half asleep, lethargic and bordering on offensive. When my coffee eventually arrived - luckily I don't take it with milk so it wasn't too cold - it was slammed down onto the table leaving half he contents in the saucer. My next visit was for a 'takeaway', again service was very slow and lethargic and the same poor girl was buzzing about whilst the others propped themselves up against the counter.
