A variety of seating is available inside and there is a patio area outside with seating. The menu looks good. There are plenty of staff who are enthusiastic and service quick and efficient. The place is always busy except when its closed and the food is excellent. Each time I go out for food in whitehaven I nearly always end up in there. The once and only time I have sat in, the service was so appalling I could not belive that a coffee chain could be so poor. The tables were left full, uncleaned and the floors looked to be unswept. Ordering at a bar, there appeared to be one girl serving who was doing all the work and was concerned about customer service - the others appeared half asleep, lethargic and bordering on offensive. When my coffee eventually arrived - luckily I don't take it with milk so it wasn't too cold - it was slammed down onto the table leaving half he contents in the saucer. My next visit was for a 'takeaway', again service was very slow and lethargic and the same poor girl was buzzing about whilst the others propped themselves up against the counter.
