If you own an older home DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will refuse to clean your vents out of the slight possibility that something might have asbestos. Their technician dug in my vents and literally tried to pull off my front vent cover to finally find something he decided would have asbestos. If they had just told me on the phone that a guy who is not certified in asbestos assessments would come over at 8 am to look in my vents, I would have canceled, and not wasted my time. Just last night I had my main area carpet, stairs and a sofa done by this company . Adrian Workman , James and Mario were the techs and they were amazing . Personable , polite , professional . I have never been so impressed with a complete package . The staff as well as the products are top notch . They explained every step of the process as well as the products they were using to accomplish what I thought was the impossible . I live in a rental home and the carpets were trashed out when we moved in . I knew that at one point they had been a light tan , but never thought in a million years that they would be tan again . I was wrong ! The products and techniques used by their knowledgeable staff did the impossible and my carpets are once again a light tan . Not to mention the pleasant aroma left behind . The entire area has the fresh smell of clean . I personally recommend this company and staff ( Adrian , James , and Mario ) for any residential or business needs . They got a two because the carpets were cleaned well it appears. I will not use them again. The price wasn't what it was advertised as therefore a lot more money. No face mask and no shoe coverings (I hadn't noticed the shoes until the end) but we came upstairs to be away from him. The tech kept trying to talk to my husband about the cost and what he was doing. My husband told the technician at least twice that I heard that I was in charge and he had nothing to do with the process. He referred to him as boss on multiple occasions which isn't disrespectful but my husband definitely doesn't respond to "bro speak". As he gave me the walkthrough- he lectured me on how nice the rug was and we shouldn't get rid of it and if we did we should get the same rug because it's the rug he would get... WTH? Umm, I've not been so disrespectfully spoken to and in such a condescending way, as I was by this young technician. He pandered for a tip- but didn't do any extras like- heavy lifting or moving of anything and was on his phone much of the time he took double the time it's taken others at double the cost. He wouldn't let me touch his phone but had no problem taking my card and handing it back at less than 6 feet. I don't trust that the protection sealant was applied because he didn't get a tip... anyway. The rugs do look nice. read more

I'm very happy with my Zero Rez experience. Made appointment online. He showed up at the scheduled time & was prompt & curteous. Based on reviews I expected him to try to upsell a lot. It wasn't that way. He asked about spotting from my dogs & told me about some products but I didn't feel pressured or like he was there to upsell. My carpets look great & some staining went away with the standard cleaning. My girlfriend said my TV room smelled better, the pet smell was gone. I highly recommend them. read more

My husband and I definitely DO NOT reccomend Zerorex. Complete waste of money(not a cheap service)! We had both our couches cleaned, and they look just the same, if not worse. We paid extra to have our puppy's urine extra cleaned and instead it brought the pee to the surface, making it look like the puppy had peed again! Now we have a new urine smell and stain. Spokane Zerorez did a fantastic job! Arrived on time. Explained the process, including the drying time. Worked efficiently. My carpets are 10 years old, but I live alone and vacuum frequently, so only 1 room was beginning to show some tracks. When they finished, my light gray carpets looked pristine. Safe for pets and no soap residue. Minimum charge $88 (at the time of my service), but I had 3 rooms cleaned for $132 (total price). They will always be my go-to carpet cleaning company. read more

We purchased the sealant/protection package 2 months prior with our carpet cleaning and were told if we have a stain we can't get out "all you have to do is call and we come out and remove the stain, no charge". Everyone talks about how they bring in guards to protect the corners and so on. They did show up on time, but after a quote of $280.00 over the phone, the actual cost was $480.00. I had a small spot in my front room, I paid extra for special services and treatments to ensure the spot was completely removed. I now have a dark spot in my carpet twice the size of the original spot...so the size of whatever they used to "guarantee" my spot would be gone. Called to have them fix the problem, and they want to charge me a minimum service fee of $80+ to come look at it. WHAT????? There are way too many companies out there that will stand behind their work to use a company that does not. Poor customer service = loss of business. read more

My husband and I were looking forward to having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez due to reading about their cleaning process. The tech who came was very pleasant and in and out in two hours. We had a living room, stairs, hallway and one bedroom cleaned. He also let us know that the higher traffic area in our living room (4 year old carpet) didn't clean as well. He advised us that it should dry in 2-4 hours. He left at 1:30 on Saturday. By 11:30 that night none of the carpet was dry. The weather that afternoon was about 83 degrees. On Sunday we put fans out to try to dry the carpet. We have never had carpet cleaned that was not dry the next day. The house also now smelled that wet smell and was still smelling it as of late last night. I left for work early this morning so I'm not sure if the smell is still there. We also thought we would see if our Folex spot remover would clean any of the area that Zerorez wasn't able to clean. It did and I took a picture of the terry cloth towel showing the dirt it pulled and texted that picture to Zerorez yesterday. I left a voicemail on Sunday and Monday morning I received a call back from someone at Zerorez. He was the one who said it was actually 4-8 hours to dry & possibly there was a saturation issue. They would certainly come back out with fans (too late now) and would redo the soiled area. I explained that we now lacked the confidence in them and hoped our carpet was not ruined and we just wanted the charge reversed. He did not have that authority and would have the Office Manager call me back. As of this morning, I had not heard back from the Office Manager and so I called again. It seems he is too busy to speak with me and made the same offer as was made yesterday to come back out. I let the person on the phone know that I waited to speak to the Manager before calling my credit card company to dispute the charge and make these comments to give them every opportunity to make this right. We do not want them back in the house to dry out carpets that we've been drying out ourselves and had to take action on Sunday. And if if they couldn't get out dirt in an area that we could, what does the rest of the house that was cleaned really look like. This has been handled in a most unprofessional manner. read more

Zerorez scheduled an appointment with my 80 year old mother to have her carpets cleaned. My mom did her best to move everything out of her living room and dining room in order to prepare. She called Zerorez the day before to see what time they would be showing up only to be told they weren't coming. We recently spent $770 to have our air ducts and furnace cleaned. Technician was very nice but left dirt and sheetrock dust all over the carpet and furnture by all the cold and warm air vents. I had to vacuum and dust the entire house after he left. I filled out a Zeroez online survey and was contacted by Johanna to discuss the situation. She left a message on my home number even though my cell phone was the primary contact number. I called her back the following day and was told she had already left for the weekend. I left a message with a gal in regards to the situation and instructions to call my cell... A week later... No one has bothered to call. read more

I have to say, Zerorez was not at all like I had read about. The technician came to the house and seemed to know his stuff. I had an area that in my living room that needed to be treated for pet odors. He brought out his little black light and said it wasn't that bad, but was going to treat the area. I paid extra for this, on top of what I was already going to pay. Not only did the odor not come out, the carpet was not clean. It was soaking wet for hours. I vacume my home almost daily, as I have pets. Since I was so unhappy with the job that they did, I bought my own shampooer. The crap that came out of my carpet was unreal. I did a much better job and would recommend that if you need your carpet cleaned, do it yourself. Zerorez is the worst!! The person that came to the house had the worst attitude any purses that I could imagine. He spent less than 20 minutes to clean 4 rooms plus my living room and then charge me $280 . Will never use Zerorez again. In April 2019 they sent out a tech to clean the whole house, which was completely empty at the time. The tech (Lucas) was eager to let us know that this was his first day on the job and he had planned on being the top seller of the day. The appointment was set for 4:30 and he didnt pull out of here until 10:30 pm. I asked him how can he clean the carpet in the dark? All through his time here he kept checking his phone to see if he was going to be the top seller of the day. Seemed to be his top priority. Talked me into a carpet treatment which I see now was a big mistake. He told us the treatment took about 4 days to cure. We came back in 6 days to start moving in. The treatment stuff was so thick it was all over our shoes and left footprints all over my tile floors. I could've sworn they were known for "no residue". After moving in the carpet didnt look clean at all. I am one person living here, so there is no a lot of traffic in the house. I called to complain, and was told the manager would get right back to me. 3 weeks later the manger called, said he only called because I left a bad review on their website. Said he would send another tech out to look at the carpet and try to remedy the problem. I told him I didnt want that guy Lucas to come to my house ever again. So who does he send out? LUCAS!!!! I called and told them them were supposed to be sending out someone different. So now I had to set up another appointment. So the following week who do they send out to my house? LUCAS!!!! I told them to forget it, they lost a customer. These people are unreal. I will never use them again. Here we are in August, and my carpets don't even look like they were cleaned. Shame on Zerorez. Now I'm getting emails asking if I'm want to set up for my next cleaning. This business is a joke. read more

I am disappointed. I should have read the reviews first but I was blindsided by the advertising. The carpets did dry quickly and no overpowering odor. The tech was very nice and he did put on booties before he even entered the house. However I guess I have stubborn dirt as I read about in other reviews. I did mention that this was the reason I called to the tech. I was not advised it would cost more to remove, and in fact it didn't and wasn't. I don't understand how "old pet stains" will come right out when ordinary dirt won't. These are simply paths from room to room and the area in front of the couch. I am happy that the rest of the rooms are fresh and clean. Lesson learned. read more
