I would rate Zerorez Spokane a 3/5 stars. The technician was nice and even showed up early, but I feel as if the job was rushed through. My carpets smell much better but a few of the major areas of my carpet are still a little hard/sticky from past spills of things, but it was all superficial so I assumed the cleaning would have gotten that up. I guess it wasn't as deep of a clean as I thought. read more

I didn't have high expectations from the start, but even my low expectations were not met. Not one stain was removed. You know when people come over and remark "I thought you were getting your carpet cleaned." That it was a piss poor job. I would not recommend them. We requested our basement be cleaned after we discovered our cat had peed in several spots. The price was right as there was a deal for 99$ for 3 rooms, and it was a little extra to add cat urine cleaners. The first kid (sorry he was) was very friendly but he finished a 1200 sqft space very quickly and, as I would find out, didn't clean very well. We had to call back and the same kid came out and again was friendly but very quick. We called back two days later as the smell was still present and was almost like the initial day we discovered the problem. The third Tech was professional and thorough and we have not had a problem since. Price is right but you get what you pay for. read more

they came out and cleaned my carpets and I thought everything looked great. but then a couple days later, gigantic stains that didnt even exist before surfaced on my carpet. My house has never looked worse, and I'm probably going to have to rip out my carpet, I'm so embarrassed. When I called to tell them, Diego was very dismissive and rude about it. He did offer to have them come out and fix it for free, but there's no way I'm going to have them out to ruin my house more. Representative showed up smelling like BO , long hair unkept.... was quoted a price , then the Rep said there would be another 25.00 dollar change. For what !? I went online on 09/23/2025 to schedule both duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning but was unable to do both the same day. I called the company the same day and spoke with Sarah at 12:32pm who scheduled both services for Nov 1st. Duct cleaning in the morning and upholstery cleaning in the afternoon. I called today, 10/13/25 @ 8:45am and spoke with Melanie to re-schedule but Melanie was so rude with a condescending tone saying, "I need a phone number because your number did not come up". I gave the number and she continued to say in a very condescending tone "Next time, you can't do both services the same day". So when she asked if I am cancelling or re-scheduling. I told her I am canceling altogether and will no longer give my business to a company who has very poor customer service. Yes, I did hang up on her because she is not the type of person I would stoop down to that level of rudeness. I hope the company invests in customer service training. Had an appt for a carpet cleaning scheduled for today. We were initially given a 10-1 time block, our furniture was moved and ready to go. 2 hours go by, then were contacted saying they are running behind and won't be to us until closer to 1 or 2. Then got contacted at 2:00 by the technician saying it's going to be closer to 4PM and wondering if that would be ok. No sir, it's not ok. An entire day of wages lost waiting on this appt, furniture in upheaval to make space for the cleaning, carpets now not getting cleaned, and the only thing the technician offered us was to waive the $25 service fee. My neighbors are getting their carpets cleaned and the absolute crazy loud noise can be heard likely from Washington to Idaho! Not sure why the process to clean carpets is louder than a F16. I reserved my appointment for $109 for 3 rooms. They upsold us to the tune of $425 when they got here. When I decided to cancel the $300 protectant in each room I had to sign a waiver saying that I understood that none of their cleaning would work and they don't warranty anything they're doing. We had a small poop spot from my puppy that they refused to get up. We didn't get the $300 protectant. Buyer Beware. Shouldn't those things just be cleaned with the initial $109? Why get their services at all if they don't work unless you get upsold? Our receipt out the door was over $225 and nothing was actually cleaned. I'll never use them again. I suggest you don't either. Was supposed to receive 40% off It was obvious they get a commission wanted to charge me over $1000 for living room, dining room and stairs for normal dirty carpet. I had to sign a waiver acknowledging that because I didn't agree to the $325 of upselling, they don't warranty any of their work. We still paid $100 over the quoted cost and our carpets look awful. I am giving them a 5 star rating for the last cleaning they did. As a long time customer I have always found a value in the work they have done. That being said. Today I called them because as a Husband, I was trying to surprise my Wife with some furniture movement. And, of course I tipped over a plant. Trying to cover up my misdeed....I tried the vacuum...not realizing the dirt was wet. So now I have a 3 foot by 5 foot mess. I called my favorite Zerorez to please come bail me out of my mishap. Low and behold....the person on the phone quoted me more than I cost to do my whole house just 2 weeks ago. I will have to reconsider my options of my carpet cleaning 2 times a year. The only good thing was the tech was friendly. My stairs and the one small bedroom were left extremely wet and I was told by the tech that pet treatment would be for both the bedroom and stairs and she was giving me a deal for both. She had me sign for the service, but was not told about a waiver, but I guess I signed one. I was told that the cleaning used special water that was heated to 200 degrees. After the cleaning I asked how long it would take to dry and she stated 4-6 hours. That was Friday and today is Monday and the stinky stairs are still slightly damp. The cost was $200.00!!! Saturday I called and I was told that the stairs did not get pet treatment; so I was lied to. They would be happy to come out and look at the carpets; which would be another day of waiting for a tech with a 4 hour window. Today they noticed a review and called to find out why I was unhappy in which I explained and the service rep informed me that I signed a waiver but I could upgrade my service and have a tech come out. Nope I'm staying clear of this company. I should have cleaned my stairs and bedroom myself. As I did the 8x10 area rug that they wanted to charge me $165.00 to clean. I have used this company for seven years, but I am completely DONE. Their customer service is beyond lousy, and while their techs are fairly polite, they have issues with professionalism. First, they did not put shoe covers on. Second, the price was WAY OVER what I was quoted. Then after I spent hours prepping, they RAN OUT OF WATER, and couldn't finish. So my choice was to reschedule, and waste more of MY TIME, or wait another 45 minutes for another truck to come. I chose to wait. Then I told the tech that I was going to run and get some food, and he said if I left I had to pay the bill or they would LEAVE. I told them that I wasn't going to pay for work that wasn't even done yet. Then I told them to just F'ing leave. Wow. What a frap company this has become. Pathetic. I scheduled a carpet cleaning and waited a month; yesterday, when he arrived, the worker told me he could not do it because I live in a retirement community. I thought, "OK, it's the virus," but why would they schedule me then??? He told me I could reschedule & I nicely told him that HE could move all the furniture and rugs, etc. that I had just spent two hours doing! Have been a customer for approx. 6-8 years. Unfortunately, the tech who I never had a problem with and who got my carpets cleaned every time without nickel and diming me to death, is no longer with the company. It's too bad because the tech that came out after him had to come a second time as the rooms weren't as clean as the previous tech got them. They said my carpets were old and dingy which is why they looked that way, but low and behold after the second cleaning they came out great. He told me that in the future my carpets would cost double as it had to be a slower process to get the black dog hair out of it. The tech before him never had an issue getting it up the first time. After disputing paying $88./room the supervisor sent out today's gem of a tech (insert sarcasm). After vacuuming thoroughly and removing the furniture by myself this new "senior" tech comes in and starts telling me each spot was going to be an extra $15 to treat (an additional $100 on an already $350 job) and there would be no guarantees. Plus, I would have to sign something that if he couldn't get it out with the additional time and effort, it was on me and they had fulfilled their part. This was basically their way of weaseling out of having to come back out to redo it (like before) and getting their "double price per room" without being obvious. My original guy who I had for years never pulled this crap and he managed to get the carpets clean the first time without special effort and cost for the same type of spots. Completely lost trust with this company and kicked this tech out of my house before even beginning. Buyer beware, they can clean your carpets, but it's going to cost you a lot more than said $44/room especially if you have any kind of spots or pets that shed. read more

They came out and cleaned my carpets in October. I moved in a couple of months prior with all new carpets placed. After they came out they broke apart the seems of my carpet. They are now refusing to clean my carpets or fix the area. I would not recommend this company. They don't care about their customers. After going back and forth with this gentleman we asked him to leave. I contacted Zerorez and I was told it was "unlikely" the scheduler scheduled it incorrectly because she has been with the company for years. Super disappointing. Needed air ducts cleaned. I mentioned on the phone with appointment setter I had asbestos tape around a few ducts. Scheduled and emailed and good communications for appointment. Tech showed up and canceled appointment due to asbestos tape. I get that their policy is not to do it, but don't waste my time. It's as valuable as yours! Handed me a card for asbestos abacompany. Must get a cut for not doing anything but referring. Would not recommend this company! Nice reply, but who has a referral card in the first minutes of stepping in my door. I could see, "I want to go out to my truck and get you someone who can help you". But not the case, he brought nothing to my front door but a referral card. Wish I could give this company a zero. Ha! I called Zerorez because they advertised pet spot treatment and we have a new puppy. I wanted two rooms cleaned and the pet treatment if necessary. The girl showed up with a trainee who did most of the actual work. She determined that since we had cleaned the pet accident spots as they happened, that she wouldn't be able to do the pet treatment but instead would do a "topical" for $40 extra. She also sold me a bottle of solution to spray on any future spots and go over with my own Bissell cleaner and hot water. Two rooms, plus the topical plus the bottle of solution came to $158. The carpets did look much better, and initially smelled better too, although once they were completely dry (which took two days) still smelled like pet urine. Well, one week later we had a dog accident on the living room carpet and I used the solution that she sold me just as instructed; I sprayed it on, let it dry, then went over it with my Bissell with hot water only. I was pretty shocked when I dumped out black water. From a carpet that had been cleaned a week before! I called the Zerorez office and left a voicemail explaining what happened and said I wanted my money back. This girl called me back and told me that they would send another technician out to do another cleaning, that "sometimes it takes a couple of cleanings to get all the dirt". I said no thanks, I just want my money back. She said no, they wouldn't give me a refund. I told her I didn't want them back in my house, they didn't do a good job in the first place. They probably tracked more dirt in than they actually removed (the frequently advertised booties that they supposedly wear were not used). There are way better carpet cleaning businesses out there that charge the same or not that much more. I would urge people to give their business to one of those. read more

Carpets don't even look clean, stains still sitting there, a scratch in my wall from their eagerness to put furniture back and to leave, took only 45 minutes to clean 4 rooms a hallway and 2 sets of stairs when other companies take hours, and refusal to come back out to redo because I didn't purchase the extra 400.00 special package. Our realtor says its terrible so because they won't come back out my husband is recleaning it and pulling out black n brown water with a 20 year old Hoover Steam Vac. Sad! read more

I have used zerorez for years and the last two times, the carpet was wet for days. The very last time I used them, the carpet was so wet, I slipped and fell. We will never use them again. I do NOT recommend this company. I looked at multiple carpet company reviews and decided to utilize Zerorez based off of their website stated services and their reviews. We PAID for 3 rooms, a couch and an ottoman which was a few dollars under $400. The worker missed an entire room, never moved or cleaned under the ottoman, only cleaned the couch parts you could see (never moved the couch cushions to clean all sides or behind the pillows), left his UV light and never even wore booties. Our carpets were cleaned on a Friday and we still had spots wet enough to soak your socks on Sunday. We called wanting a discount on services we paid for but weren't completed and were told they do not do that but they would come out that Saturday. We informed them we had plans and are also going out of town soon. They told us they're busy all week and would come out on Saturday 3/13/21 or we could cancel. In my opinion, this is horrible service and has turned into such a hassle. You don't expect your customers to work around your mess ups. We have to leave our house in disarray and worry about being here for another attempt at a cleaning while we're trying to get out of town. I will not use them and will not recommend. I had three small carpets cleaned by Zerorex. They tell you on TV that Zerorex actually puts on bodies over there shoes before they come into your house well they don't , they say that they have pressed uniforms on they don't and when I did a walk thru with the representative he started up selling me on every procedure they die he told me that he is suppose to up sell everyone. Needless to say I'm not to impressed with Zerorex, they certainly don't protray the TV ads that they have on TV. They just finished with my carpets and took me to show me how they. Did, to my surprise one carpet still had dirt marks on it. The young man said that he would have to charge me more because it was stubborn dirt, I paid them and asked him to leave, DO NOT use this company, all they want is to UP SELL the job. read more

The Tech (Aaron), was scheduled to arrive between 12-4pm but arrived at 1230, Aaron took just a few mins to set up and explain the process, he even put corner guards up! We had some remodeling done on our kitchen over an extended period of time, every time I would dust, within an hour it seemed furniture would be covered with sawdust once again. Was hoping having the duct work cleaned would help me out. The house was built late 50's early 60's so if it had never been done. It was due!!! Zerorez came out and were here at the appointed time. 2 young Guys went through and explained everything completely, were very professional and friendly. I thought they did an excellent job, and I am so glad we had it done. We also got a Zerorez filter for our furnace. I think because of our older furnace working to hard. The business I work for in CDA used Zerorez last year, the tech was great and the carpets looked nice. We had our carpets cleaned last night as it had been about a year, the tech was very nice, however, instructions were given to tech to make sure they close/lock the back door on the way out, when I arrived at work this morning I was told that the back door was not locked, and, the patio door from the kitchen was unlocked. This patio door is checked nightly before everyone leaves, it was locked, this morning it was not. Our carpets are very low profile, not really dirty, they look brighter so we're good with that, but not happy about leaving 2 doors unlocked. I did just call Zerorez, spoke with Jim, explained the issue, he said he would talk with tech to make sure this doesn't happen whether it be our company or another. read more
