Best prices ! Any gun or custom work I need I will come to zeroed in armory. Only downside was getting on the phone since it was always busy or no pick up,but well worth the wait. I definitely recommend. Call and get a pricing before you head up there! If not zia can order in 2days! read more

Zeroed in Armory...... ZERO returned calls. ZERO returned emails ZERO returned massages. ZERO physical address. Local gun businesses.....local to where ZIA supposedly exits...have never heard of them....certainly did not know where they are located. The few positive rating from Yelp are very suspicious...with customers going to the store and having work done ? ? There is NO physical address for this place. The address online....including YELP's does NOT exist. Look else where...ZIA is a scam ! read more

Terrible customer service, have been waiting days just for them to answer my phone call just for him to say "all background checks are taking 3 weeks", I'm not sure because this is a hole in the wall shop but if you go to academy approval is 30 mins at most right now my entire family all purchased handguns in less than a hour last week (5 of us), I don't get the point of going through a background check if he's going to sell the firearm to someone else anyways, unprofessional is the easiest thing to say. I for one will never go to a small dealer ever agin! Wanted to have my Glock cerakoted but I'm scared that would take 3 weeks as well! read more

Maybe they're better in person but, I would never do business with them again online. Ordered a part and it didn't fit correctly. A company with their act together would of had it posted on their website about the issue I was having. Contacted them and was told I was picking on a small company and all sales are final. Not to mention their slides are grossly overpriced. I was told "you can try and fight this all you want" also "I get paid to sit in front of a computer and answer emails" sadly, the person job was to help a customer. It's companies like these that turn people away from firearms. read more

The guys here constantly beat everyones prices, and if your serious about guns you have come to the right place. Every time I call the eapon in question is usually in stock, or it can be acquired quickly. Awesome place to buy a gun!! read more

The best armory store out here hands down. If you are not shopping with Calvin, you are paying too much. Customer service is the best. I ordered a Remington rifle and I happened to get the order incorrect, all my fault, but Calvin is going out of his way to make it right. He didn't have to do that,but he really cares and understands how hard we work for our toys. The prices are unbelievable. The slide work on guns is amazing. You may have to drive a little ways, but worth it. read more

Just purchased a Springfield xdm from these guys. Fantastic customer service, beat every local shop's prices and can order in what you want if they don't have it in 1-2 days. My first purchase through them was a great success and I will be coming back for all my future purchases. Also they were building AR uppers when I came in. The guy making them said you can tell them what you want and They tailor it to your needs. They looked good too! read more

After a horrific visit at a close by competitor that has USA in their name... this place stood out like a beacon in the night on a foggy night at sea. Upon entering we were immediately greated within 3 seconds. The gentlemen there welcomed us in as if we were familiar family. We approached the counter and I asked them if they did trades and he said yes but it depends on exactly what I was interested in trading. I went back to my vehicle to show them my trade and a little background and they were more than happy to give me close to what I purchased it for as it was only 2 days old from where I originally purchased it from. They happily gave us a small tour of their facilities and showed us some products of interest. They were extremely knowledgeable about every product there as they are also a gunsmith shop so can also do any type of modification allowable. I was extremely happy to hear that they have a 30 days return policy on anything you buy there. Their nearby competitor surely doesn't have that same policy. The customer service is excellent and I was able to make my trade as well as buy new hardware. I'm also happy to announce that they are adding a range early next year right next to them. I love that small shop feel of a place vs the corporate treatment where you're treated only as a number. In fact, whilst I was there another customer walked in complaining about that same nearby competitor and how bad they were with customer service. Clearly they have a reputation that Texas Underground doesn't have and have been the savior of many. This is my official spot going forward for Ammo and Armory. Be secure and Prosper.

I bought my first firearm from them online a few weeks ago and it was almost a flawless process. The price was significantly lower than anything else I could find online from slickguns, armslist, budsgunshop, gunbroker, etc. The price was also significantly lower than anything local price I could find, despite shipping costs and transfer fees. They were very prompt to respond to my emails, and shipped my firearm within 12 hours of me paying and providing necessary identification, despite it being a Saturday morning. Only reason why I docked them a star was because they failed to provide my FFL holder with a tracking number, which meant I received my gun 7 days after shipment instead of 5. That's honestly a minor complaint though, and I would have rated them 4.5 stars if that option was available. Either way, I highly recommend Zeroed in Armory, and plan to buy more firearms from them in the future. read more

I came in looking to purchase my 2nd firearm with a general idea of what I wanted (something fun for the range). They had exactly what I wanted & for a great price. They took the time to answer my many questions, go over all the safety features, & show me exactly how to use my new gun in a safe manner. Found this company thru a listing on armslist.com, I contacted the seller thru email about payment plans fully expecting to wait a few days for an answer, to my surprise they answered within an hour providing me full details of the different plans they offer. I ended up buying a mossberg 715 from the company and the service was great the guy was knowledgeable about other guns and even took the time to show me some other guns in stock. Bought a few things from ZIA best prices and like i said a really good shop to deal with. Much so I'll drive all the way across Houston to his shop. Found them after doing a google search for some needed mags for my Springfield XD 9mm. Not only did they respond to my e-mail at 03:00AM they shipped the item out later that day. Originally said itd be USPS at $6 costs to me. Through some unforeseen problems they shipped UPS and covered the difference at their own cost. Highly recommend working with these guys. These guys are the best. I inquired about a Sig Sauer P238 Spartan model which was not easy to get. Delivery took only 3 business days. I'm going to see what other interesting semi-custom guns they can get a hold of LOL. Their prices are very fair and I believe they are even in the process of releasing their own DLC coated bolt carrier group for ARs. read more
