Wanted to surprise my wife with a great haunted house and it was anything but. It was Nov 1. Maybe half the staff didn't come to work that day? There were extremely long segments where it would have made sense to have additional characters. If it was free or even a local fundraiser with volunteers it would be an ok house. Don't waste your money on this one.

Lots of hustling on a Friday night - three employees ... two extremely helpful; probably more than they are supposed to be ... made clear at the beginning - they are there to guide you - but the artwork/project is yours and yours alone to complete. Pretty structured with project ... distressing wood seemed to be required - even after comments heard; not my style! Then sanding away any and all edges! Staining wood project is mandatory ... from there, you add paint (oodles to choose from!); then your pre-cut stencil design ... then painting & removal of stencil without damaging your project ... can't go too fast ... and can't go too slow ... would imagine the more you do; the better you are. Also available - ear plugs, as the distressing can get loud! Water and soda - even saw a wine frig, but didn't partake! It is a fun event and everyone enjoyed themselves! Website very comprehensive when picking project ... reminder emails helpful too.

We went on sangria night , so they served free sangria which was nice but we also were able to bring our own drinks. The boards were already cut we just stained and painted them with our design. We wanted to add in some lines so we left them there since that stencil wasn't cut yet and picked them up at a different time. After we picked them up my fiancé put the poly acrylic on it to finish the boards. The process wasn't hard and we even added on the corn hole bags to go with our board. We loved how they turned out and the experience!

I did not experience the registration process, another member of our friend group did that part. Getting suited up and ready to go was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. They have their rules of play, but it's still very chill. Very family friendly. We had such a good time! They have the space to get cleaned up afterward if you get really messy like we did. They take pictures for you, I didn't take any of these pictures and none of our friend group did. They do everything for you. So easy, so fun, very stress free. Loved it! They have a lot of other craft options, so I would love to go back and try something new. Do check them out! They have a lot to offer aside from splatter paint (if getting messy isn't your thing). Will be back soon!

However, I am taking one star off because the last time she visited (just for a pop in craft, not a party) she came home very distraught that whoever was helping her insisted on drawing her jellyfish a certain way that my daughter did not like - she wouldn't just let her do it herself and my daughter was not happy with the end result. They also made her put her name on the front which my daughter was super upset about as well. Not the end of the world, but if I'm paying for my child to be creative, I think they should not be forced to do it any way other than how they envision it.

After each story the improv team acted out the story. The improv team had the audience laughing, me included, throughout the show. I loved the originality of the show as I expected it would be an audience participation event. But was slightly relieved that it was not;) Amy, the host, and the rest of the team had an infectious energy which spilled over into the audience! If you have never been to an improv I highly recommend checking out Third Space! Bonus, they have a parking lot so you don't have drive around for 30 minutes to find a spot in St Augustine! Another bonus, the ticket prices are reasonable and you will not find a better price for adult and other beverages. They also sell popcorn and other snacks. Laughter is good for the soul, so check out their website and book your next comedy adventure.
