I was coming from California, and she had our appt. on Pacific Daylight Tine when I was meeting her In Atlanta, Ga. I mean what was that? I waiting over an hour, I contacted her. I ended up taking the place, which I really like. I was never given any info as one needs on moving. I had a bad experience with my mover- resolved. I've had a couple of issues. with thing in the apartment , they always respond. I have ( I believe resolved the issues) but with no help from them I cannot say that m y experience with this company has been a happy one.

While staying at one of their rental properties, not only did they communicate ineffectively, causing me to locate the owner of the property to request assistance, and break a contract by putting the house on the market in the 10th month when the lease clearly stated the home couldn't go on the market until 60 days before the end of the lease, but also during renovations last summer, we lost the use of our bathrooms and the rent was not prorated. Leo Prime attempted several times to avoid using the owner's warranties to reduce charges. Instead, they told us we'd have to use our rental insurance (which we could not) to cover the charges of leaving our home due to the maintenance repairs. Our bills increased due to the loss of installation and pipe concerns during repairs, we lost the use of several parts of our house, and we were still charged for our stay (even when we couldn't stay there). Like Eric, Lena, and Rachel (all ratings with 1 star), I strongly recommend against doing business with this company. The maintenance specialists will take forever to come if they do, and by the time they arrive, the hope is that the problem has not progressed. We have now moved out of the property. The owner and I requested itemized receipts days ago, but we have yet to receive them. I have documented communication where the owner informed the company to return our security deposit, but Leo Prime sent a check with their desired amount instead. Leo Prime listed all these charges in the move-out inspection after we left, but I took extensive videos and several photos of the property before leaving to ensure they could not add anything. Still, they managed to add insane cleaning charges, handyman charges, and all kinds of nonjustifiable charges. Again, where is our itemized receipt? We will contact HUD, the BBB, get testimonies from previous tenants, and any other organization that can help escalate this matter if it is not resolved immediately. If we have to take additional action, we will. Leo Prime, this is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Return our funds now! You broke a contract and ignored the demands of the owner. Also, how unprofessional, unethical, and illegal (I'm sure) it is to post other tenants' personal information in their contracts online. I hope no one lived in the home when you posted this because it is hostile and petty. If this is how you respond to your tenants, I fear for the relations with the owners of the properties and your employees.

    I had a really great experience working with Smart City, especially my agent Candis…read more I had a lot of things come up personally that caused me to keep pushing my apartment search back, and even with all the delays on my end, Candis stayed patient and consistent. She always followed up when she said she would and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What started as me looking for a one-bedroom for myself eventually turned into needing a two-bedroom for my sister and me. She adjusted without hesitation and sent over a whole new list of options that actually fit what we needed. She really listened to everything I asked for and made sure the places she sent matched my budget and preferences. Apartment hunting can be overwhelming trying to stay in your price range and still get what you want, so having someone do the searching, send you options, and set up tours makes a huge difference. Candis definitely made this process easier for me. I also really appreciated how she checked in after I secured my place. She followed up at the 30-day mark before my move and again the week of my move just to make sure everything was going smoothly. That meant a lot. Their concierge service was helpful too with resources for movers, rental insurance, and getting utilities set up. They were quick and responsive. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely use Smart City again for future apartment searches. If you get Candis, you're in good hands.

You made sure to include everything I ever asked for and more. Any hiccup , Emily was there. Any misunderstanding between an apartment complex and I. She was there for that too. She's always and I mean always happy and helpful. After a while, I spoke to Emily daily like I would speak to any of my friends. i recommend this service to everyone. I even referred my boyfriend in Texas to use this to search for him. To top it off the have a move in concierge that will help you with renters insurance and movers. Who ever came up with this concept is a genius. Emily!! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

    Lazy and unprofessional. They promised one price, knowing the full extent of the job, but choose to…read moreonly do the easy part and leave the rest unfinished... the part we actually needed accurately surveyed. Tried to charge double, and then did not properly do the job per code. Claimed he was right and good because he has lived in Decatur longer than we have (uh, dude, living in the rough Decatur of the 90s isn't exactly brag worthy... and the length of time you lived here does NOT give you the moral upper-hand... geez. Spoke with other more reputable surveyors who agreed with our title information and could not figure out what Jonny's issue was. We all figure he just wanted to drive up costs by fooling around rather than doing the job, unfortunately. Call the others in the area, avoid this place, even if it initially seems cheaper, you will have to hire someone else to get the job done again and get it done correctly per professional standards.

Multiple voicemails and emails go unreturned...I literally had to show up at the office unannounced to get an update. Oh and of course then was told the plan would be complete the next day...and here we are on the next day with no plans. Steer clear of this company!
