I have my 3 horses boarded at Stoneview Farms since April 2011. I love this facility. I have…read morepreviously been at 3 other farms who I also liked very much. But Stoneview is definitely the longest time my horses have been boarded. I hope it's like home for them by now. I love the people at Stoneview Farms. It's no drama, no bossing, no rudeness, and no stress. Stoneview Farms is a place where people come to enjoy their time with their horses. I really appreciate that. The schedule is very open but I always check for availability on special days. So far I can visit my horses anytime: 8 pm or 6 am. On holiday days or weekends. This is important since I live 35 miles away and I have a very busy schedule. The barn is kept extremely clean. The horse stalls are 14x14 large. Perfect for really big horses like mine. It has windows that are open in the summer. It never really gets too hot in this barn. I think it is because of the altitude of its location. There is always a nice breeze. The farm also has a large arena, a round pen, a jumping field and a track. The horses are not crowded in their paddocks which means there is plenty of green landscape for our equines to enjoy. The Taddeo family and their employees work tirelessly in improving the previously neglected farm. Every month there is something new, something improved and it makes everyone happy. Its already a gorgeous farm that suits our pocket sizes. Some boarders are serious horse people. They will ride under any weather, and their horses are worked almost daily in their skills. That is always inspiring to me. Some horses there are retired but they look very happy and cared for by their owners. Some horses belong to Eric Taddeo and these are race horses that are worked out almost daily. I really enjoy seeing all this activity. But nobody is preaching and its a very relaxed atmosphere without die hard rules. I do recommend this farm. It's a pity they don't have an indoor or a warm space to hang out in the winter with my children. But I'm certain that eventually it will happen... I love their new instructor Laura Juhlin and she has brought in so much business by teaching horse ridding to children and adults. She is also very easy going and knowledgeable of her horses. Stoneview Farms is the best Warwick secret. They are affordable, kind, home like facility for all sorts of horses and their owners. Thank you guys!

These children "teach" the new comers how to "ride" while the old guy who's supposedly in charge plays in his phone or chats with some women on the other line. Even though the location is convenient for being right off the taconic...there are many other barns who will suit you and your children better and give them a safe and educational horse riding education.

It was an awful experience. The owner do not care about the…read morebullying that is made in that barn by his favorite student and his wife, with children they don't like. Inconsistency in plans. He will tell you that you can pretty much come and be like a normal student. Were you will be teached to groom tack the horse and ride and do the aftercare. He will promise you that he will teach the child on the horse. And none of these things happens. Time and time again I had conversation with the owner about what the student can do and can't do. He changed it all the time. And then you have other children that is his favorite that comes in and takes over and say nasty things to your child, are manipulative and lying. One time this one child of the favorite, got told , no. Just the word no, and the person was accused of laying hands on that child. They believed the child and not the witnesses around that happens to be grown ups and other children. Acquaintance of a friend, I fact checked. Was boarding the horse there. After , It took 6 months for this horse to get off the drugs that the owner was giving this horse. Same drugs it gives to all the horses. What it is I don't know but it took 6 months for this horse to be clean. The wife of the owner , one summer. Do not do summer camp there it's pure harassment. My child was sad. AKA cry quietly. The other children could go outside and play but because my child was sad she was locked in by this woman in the tack room and not allowed out from there, for hours. . As long as the payment for 1 year is not made have, he wants you to pay yearly , it will be promised the gold and the kingdom. After 10 times the student has no value . There is a constant whining about money. He rather play western music on his phone standing in the ring aka arena. While the popular children decides who's going to ride where if they're going to canter trod or walk. This is where the other children is going to have to stand in the middle and Miss half the lesson while the other popular children are Galloping around like Wild Wild West and your child after one year only being able to walk and learned nothing. There is photo proof of marks on a student after the owners right hand was physical with the student. I can go on but the details are going to get censored by Yelp. I hope you get the picture by now.
