Everyone was so nice, the staff who set up my appointment and answered all my questions before I came there. I really appreciate the pick up from the airport, and the staffs guest service when I was there for the appointment. However, Paty, the person in charge, was inconsistent in how she distributed the medical passes. Sometimes, she said they were out, the last time I went there, she was trying to charge me an additional $50 American dollars to receive the pass. I asked her if that was a new rule and she stated no. No explanation why all of a sudden she was charging me for a pass. Also, the prices aren't posted. Paty is also inconsistent with what she charges. The picture I'm sharing is off the last time I got lazer treatment. With so many skin clinics in the area, this one is by far too expensive in comparison and they're not exactly luxurious.
