There is a bathroom and they provide a nice hot ginger tea as well as a foot bath beforehand. They close at 7pm so the latest booking is 6pm with 15 mins buffer depending on your selected treatment time.

Loved my hour of power here with my sis recently. We were in need of a de-stress. On checking the…read morewebsite, we selected an hour massage for me and an hour foot massage for her. Situated in the Chatswood throng, just down the road from the Police Station and amongst the thriving metropolis of building sites, we were surprised how serene the interior was. As soon as we stepped through the wooden doors in the waiting area, we could no longer hear the outside world. Instead, we heard the water feature and obligatory plinky plonky music. Uh, where is the bathroom please? That business over, we were shown to a back room where they can host two people at once. It was a reasonable sized room, we didn't feel squashed in. But what was really nice was the open doors out on to the enclosed, private terrace, complete with water feature, huge petal bath and pretty foliage. It really was like we were in Asia somewhere! The girls who performed the treatments were really competent and sweet. There really was some power behind the long, luxurious massage strokes on all of my sore spots and some I didn't even realise I had, until she pummelled them away. Of course, it was all rather more dear than what you would pay in Asia, but not outside the realm of reasonableness, considering the convenience, location and experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a range of treatments and I will be returning when next in Sydney. My sister said her foot treatment was fabulous, too.

So I stopped and looked over to see a door at the back of the Keerati shop with the words "The Bliss Room". Obviously a sign from the gods to chill out and slow down - I had to check it out. A lovely Thai girl greeted me and showed me around the store. She put a dash of all natural Jasmine body oil on my wrists - sublime - just the scent to get me in the massage mood. The shop assistant then asked me if I'd like to see the treatment rooms. Oh yes... Bliss please. There are two small rooms behind The Bliss Room doors. Dimly lit and simulating traditional Thai luxury I could see myself chilling out here - far away from the bustling fluorescent lit shopping centre. A 30 minutes Maharasha head massage which includes an ayurvediuc treatment is $70. A 1 hour Soul to Sole is $95. A 2 hour Thai Royal deluxe massage is $185. They have oil burners, essential oils, natural skin care ranges, gorgeous fat lady statues doing yoga poses, plastic lotuses, small weaved baskets. It kind looked like an upmarket Thai beauty shop.

Sadly my last experience leads me to leave this negative review as I am apalled by the lack of good will they are interested in showing their long term customers. I had a gift voucher which my husband & sons had purchased for me as a Christmas gift & it had expired as I thought it had 12 months duration on it so I called to ask if they would still honor it as it was a legitimate over sight on my behalf & the lovely young girl said it would be difficult. I explained to her that I had been a customer for all the years that they had been in Chatswood Chase had supported them & would really appreciate if they could honor this voucher as a good will gesture. She was very empathetic & explained that she would speak to the manager & would call me back. She did touch base with me hours later to inform me that nothing would be done & that it was my oversight the manager had decided regardless of the fact that my full details where on their file with the money I had spent in store over the years they would not help. Obviously the so called "Manger" is not in tune with how busy life is today & that we all try to juggle so much ........Sadly they have lost me as a customer, all my family & friends who have also supported them over the years & I will also continue to retell this story as It's very sad that in this current climate a business of this level IS NOT prepared to look after their customers!!!!

Beautiful spa in Crows Nest! My boyfriend surprised me on our anniversary with a wonderful morning…read moreof pampering at Endota Spa. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean and surroundings quite relaxing. I had a relaxation massage that started out with a floral, herb, sea salt, foot bath. I have never had anything like this before and really enjoyed it. My masseuse was professional and did a great job, I felt so relaxed I fell asleep during my massage. My service also came with a manicure which was OK- it was more of a polish change. I think it was difficult for her bc she didn't have acetone to remove the gel polish. But all in all, I definitely would return here for any of their spa treatments. I would love to try a facial here. Since my boyfriend paid for the service, I can't comment on pricing- my review is strictly for service which I thoroughly enjoyed

Good for the environment, good for the skin. Their treatment rooms in Crows Nest are lovely - they have a rest room to chill in before and after your treatment complete with hot tea and a gorgeous tree painting, waxing rooms and a partner room (complete with spa so you can both enjoy a bit of luxury together). Treatments aren't cheap with a 2 hour body massage and exfoliation costing $200 and a 1 hour 15 minute facial costing $135. But they do use organic products so you know you're getting the chemical free beauty therapy our skin loves. I was a little annoyed that when I arrived one morning at 9.30 to buy a gift voucher the girl working there came around the corner and up the stairs to tell me they don't open until 9.45am. I understand that processes have their place but 15 minutes... sometimes a little flexibility is that extra mile service customers look for.
