It actually made me laugh how incopmpetent she really was. I would have been completely embarassed if it was me, but not her! I am sure they are trying their best, but they have lost whatever confidence I have in that office. That, coupled with the feeling that he is trying to constantly sell me his brand of supplements (wanted me to take 11 pills a day) which with my life, and schedule is completely impossible. Their billing practices are extremely poor. I am a family member of a firefighter from a local district, who had a straightforward billing agreement set up with MCC. However, we'd still receive past due bills on treatments already paid for, or in the incorrect amount, sometimes many months after treatment. It got so bad that I requested the absolute last bill they had on record for me, so I could pay out of pocket quickly and close my account. And now over a year after last correspondence, I have received a collections notice for a bill MCC billing says they sent me notices about, but I have not seen any such notices. They may have sent them to the wrong address, as this collections notice had my incorrect info on it. At this point, it's feeling like harassment. If they can't even take care of their local fire families, they likely won't take care of you either.
