I have been treated by Jamie, Brenden, and Joe, and all the therapists have been knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. They are easy to talk to and listen attentively to your needs. I had already seen three doctors and two PTs with only slight improvement. After an assessment, Andrea gave me stretching and strengthening exercises. What was most helpful though was how she listened to me and my perceived barriers and helped me to problem solve how to do the exercises. Rather than just tell me each session to keep them up, we discussed where I was having trouble with consistency. Through time and consistency I was able to get better and learn how to manage my conditions. I'm pain free, able to enjoy my normal activities again, and when things flare up I know what to do to manage it. Evening appointments were also really helpful, as I had started a new job and was limited to only after 5pm. Additionally, when I first started I had out of state insurance, but Brad was willing to make the extra phone calls to submit claims and get my insurance to cover me. I am so thankful this place.

She is so good at fostering personal comfort, at listening and evoking important information, at pinpointing and teaching the exercises that most efficiently heal (without overwhelming the client), at the hands-on massage that relieves pain and enables the exercises to best work, and at creating a beautiful warming physical and psychological/emotional environment that nurtures healing. Kudos too to Brad who provides a real feeling of welcome and keeps the office running as it should.

Hours are M-F 7:00-7:00 and they take most major insurance policies. The space has two levels with private treatment rooms and gyms on both floors. There are currently 10 therapists on staff and they represent an impressive diversity of specialties: orthopedic, neurological, pelvic health, pediatrics and sports. They also have sophisticated equipment to utilize diagnostic ultrasound and biofeedback to determine the etiology of your condition. For treatment, they have all traditional exercise equipment as well as shockwave and laser therapies. He does not respond to emails or texts, and he gives off an aura of "I'm too busy" or doesn't care. Not sure who at this office decided that the front desk folks should really push customers to book 2X a week, but it's really annoying. I've never gone to a PT office that does this and I've been to many in my lifetime. I'm a single mom in debt on a very limited budget and I've had to explain my situation MULTIPLE times with Joshua and it's like he didn't even pay attention. Jeewa should be the one there in person versus Joshua as he's much nicer and professional acting. I've only worked with one of the PTs which was Dr.Ashley Chan. She's wonderful and was a pleasure to work with. No complaints there. The facility itself is pretty big and well stocked with machines and items. Unfortunately not worth the drive to keep going here, really hated the pressure to have to make 2 appts a week, and this office doesn't bill you which is bizarre.

Dr. Rachel Wilkinson is a great physical therapist... that's probably an understatement. She is…read morewithout doubt the best I've been to (and I've been to many). What makes her so awesome is that: 1) Rachel is a great listener. She pays 100% attention to you during your session and does a great job taking notes to document your symptoms and ongoing progress. 2) Rachel will work with you to achieve your goals. I've never heard her say anything to the effect of 'you shouldn't do that in your condition or with your limitations'. Instead, she will explore those limitations herself and find out where you're at and work with you and provide you the exercises and stretches to push your boundaries. Having been diagnosed with bad knees, I've heard a lot of PTs tell me I shouldn't be running. It's not what I want to hear but, more importantly, it makes all sorts of assumptions about my running gait and the effects of running on my joint health. 3) Rachel has a ton of knowledge and ideas for developing your muscles and improving your issues. I'm familiar with a lot of exercises but she definitely introduced me to a lot of new movements and stretches. If something doesn't work, I let her know (but usually she's pretty good at proactively eliciting my feedback) and she constantly tweaks the treatment program. If you have the opportunity to work with Rachel, I highly recommend her! I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was!
