This was my first visit here, and they absolutely did not disappoint. If anything, the experience was even better than what I was used to. They knew exactly where my problem areas were and used the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling so much relief. I also treated myself to a facial, and it was amazing. My face felt incredibly smooth, refreshed, and glowing afterward. I walked in hoping to find a new massage therapist and walked out finding my new favorite spa. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I've tried several other massage places over the years, but I really enjoy coming here because the location is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and inviting without ever being pushy, which I really appreciate. If you choose the membership, you pay a flat monthly price for a massage, and if you don't use it that month, your massage carries over for as long as you need it. Members can also stop in anytime and use the massage chair, which is a nice extra perk. Overall, I've had a consistently positive experience at this MassageLuxe. It's clean, relaxing, and somewhere I genuinely look forward to going whenever I need a little time to unwind. I would definitely recommend it!

She was fantastic! What made it even more impressive was finding out that she considers herself a "baby" in the industry because she's only been doing massages for about two years. You honestly wouldn't know it from the quality of the massage. She was professional, attentive, and created such a relaxing experience that I left feeling completely refreshed and might have drooled once or twice. If I were rating just the massage itself, this would easily be 5 stars. The reason I'm giving the overall experience 4 stars is the high-pressure sales approach afterward. I was asked about signing up for a massage subscription service, and I had to decline three separate times before they finally stopped asking. I understand that memberships are part of the business model, but after someone has clearly said no, I think it should be left there. So, 5 stars for Tru and the massage, 4 stars for the overall experience. I would absolutely come back for another massage. I'd just prefer a little less pressure to sign up for a membership afterward.

I've been coming to IMR Massage for about five years now, and it's been my go-to place for massage…read moretherapy. I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.
