First she brought us our water and after we saw her leave the restaurant. We didn't pay any attention to it until we noticed her return holding a plastic bag. Now we got a little curious and sure enough she pulled out a frozen lasagna and put it in the microwave. At this point the only thing they brought us was a bottle of water so I immediately went to the counter and said no thank you to the food. I refuse to pay for something they are simply microwaving. Cinque Terre is a once in a lifetime experience for most, I can eat a frozen lasagna anytime. Our water was €2.50. My change only added to about €1.90 so I attempted to give him a €5 to pay for the water and he refused to give me change. He even threatened to call the police. After having to argue with him for awhile and him refusing to give me my change I decided to grab another water for the €2.50 and left.

My friend had a Spritz while I opted for the house wine. Spritz seemed alright, but the wine left a little bit to be desired in that it was probably the least favorite house wine I had in Italy. I didn't have any issue with service, but if you know how to say spritz, vino rosso, and il conto (check) and can point to the menu, you should be fine.
