This is a super cool facility. I attended a class that I reserved through ClassPass app. This gym…read moreis described as a boutique wellness gym and that is very correct. They contacted me before I arrived to let me know what to expect. When I arrived I got a little tour. They have a nice Little Fitness area (treadmills and weights, etc), infrared and steam saunas and cold plunges, locker rooms and a group fitness room. I enjoyed my yoga sculpt class, wish it was longer than 30 minutes. I'd definitely come back. They seem to be a close knit community. They reached out to offer me back for another class, so it seems they are trying to growth their gym community but not in a pushy way.

The class itself was engaging and a good workout, but there was a lack of clarification. I didn't…read moreknow that after our first class we'd have access to the sauna and cold plunges, therefore I didn't bring a change of clothes or a swimsuit, so I wasn't able to use either of those options, which I was disappointed about. Walking into the building, I had trouble finding where to go as the receptionist didn't look up from her personal laptop to even acknowledge us. It being my friends' and my first time, it would've been nice if she showed us where the classes were, as well as the locker rooms- neither of which she did. Additionally, when asked about prices of memberships, she didn't know and had to look them up on her computer, which, even then, didn't provide us with the details of pricing. While I enjoyed the class, it was said to be pilates, but there were no reformers, so it was simply a weightlifting class, which wasn't what was advertised. The room was also very hot, and there was only one fan that couldn't rotate, so only half the class got to feel the fan. Overall, I liked the class, but the atmosphere and employees brought down my experience.

I waited a few days and called back the main number to try again. I left a message as requested on the vm. I waited a week and never received a phone call back. I then called the direct line that the owner gave me and let him know they failed again. The issues that were "brought to their attention" were not resolved. I gave them more than enough chances. Again, don't waste your time!!
