That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really stands out. The shop itself has also come a long way. It's clean, bright, and noticeably more organized than it used to be -- you can tell real investments are being made in the space and the overall experience. The selection is strong (especially if you're into mezcal/tequila), and I've even seen them walk purchases out and help customers load up their cars. I go here often, but I'll probably start using delivery sometimes too -- I'm always seeing their clean van out front getting loaded with orders, which is a good sign they're on it. That said, the store is honestly becoming a pretty cool stop on its own.
