Melissa took over the policy and was able to offer new coverage at 2/3rds of the cost with an equally reputable carrier. If you want/need an agent to advocate for you, look elsewhere. We were very disappointed in the way our claim was handled. Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour!
