I'm attaching pictures and you tell me if you would be happy with this. 3 fingers were bleeding (I was told I had thin skin) very rarely has this happened in the past and certainly not 3 fingers. It could have something to do with the fact that my manicure was done at the pedicure chair. Rush job. The polish is very sloppy-streaks, bubbles,etc. I guess the manicure with the special does not include lotion/oil either. I was told I should've asked for it. Why assume everyone understands the lingo? Wouldn't this be an appropriate time to educate and ensure a trusted and repeat customer understands the service ? We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. It wasn't rushed, they took their time and went IN on the cuticles, massages, scrubs and all. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. This was so convenient and makes everything less stressful and easy. Wax kept going in my face, which was pretty annoying and this may have been her first time doing it. After she was done, I felt my face and I felt more hairs were there, and I asked her to tweeze them out, but she looked at me and said no it's fine. I think it's such a self conscious service regardless for a woman and someone letting me know that they weren't going to continue the service really put me off of this place.
