First, I caught that horrible cold going around. It turned into pneumonia, and I was in no condition to walk into your business coughing, hacking, and contagious. As if that wasn't enough, I ended up with shingles. It has been months of nonstop health struggles. Finally--finally--when I started feeling well enough to take care of myself again, I reached out to schedule an appointment. I explained everything, honestly and vulnerably, because I truly want to start a wellness routine, do labs, and get onto a regular IV schedule. Instead of compassion or understanding, I was told, flatly, that my gift certificate was expired and there was "nothing they could do." I don't think this is something everyone needs on a regular basis. But I do believe that some of their tailored Drips (IV) and shots can be beneficial. Especially if labs have shown you are low in certain areas such as D-3. Others can help with energy, such as B-12. And other combinations address certain medical conditions. Too many options to discuss here but well worth talking to the folks about what they offer. From flying alone with four children to running around like a chicken with a head cut off visiting family and friends to jumping back in full force to a busy schedule at work after delayed flight and very little sleep. Anyways, I came in to get Signature I.V. infusion knowing that I'm beyond depleted. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and eye pleasing. Coffee, water and healthy snacks are provided if you wish to have it. I was given a tablet to fill out a new patient paperwork and although it was quite lengthy and daunting it is a necessary evil, as I call it. I've only waited for few short minutes to be called by Infusion Nurse. She's a sweetheart, effortlessly got my IV started and I was taken into the room with two lazy boy chairs, TV and a cozy blanket. It took about an hour for infusion. After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund.
