Love the HP Store, used to live in Evanston, it was nice, but I'd rather go to the HP Store, I live up north now so about a 1/2 hour drive but well worth it, I'm disabled and the security guard went out of his way by opening doors for me, never happened in Evanston . Everyone seems to be knowledgeable on most products if they don't know the answer they usually ask coworkers, but always get my answer from them.. All my purchases over past year have been great, I always buy my 2.5 oz. I'm allowed to buy as a medical patient, it always takes about 2-3 months to go through the 2.5 oz's and my Savey products are always fresh, sticky with resin, I pretty much stick with the Savey brand flower and vape pods which are great, just remember they require Savey battery for pods. read more

The is the second time the thc was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than advertised. I had my care taker pick up & when they brought it to me I was stunned! It was over 10% difference! I called and was told to by Edward at the verano email address said to email the info and not open anything. I have followed up and he is no ghosting me. $100s of worth of product that I didn't order. As mentioned this is the second time. The first time was noticed when we got tk tha car and being we were on site they gave me 2 3.5 flowers (I had order 4 7g) for my trouble and it again was over 10% difference. UPDATED EXPERIENCE: I'm sad to say the new manager (girl with dark hair and pale skin) is the main reason I don't come in here anymore at all. I have been a consistent customer through the years and over the years and I brought you many new customers. I am also disabled which she didn't handle well more like scolded me for the things I would OCCASIONALLY say to the staff. When #1 I tried to explain I had frontal lobe damage (no filter is common) for frontal lobe damage #2 I don't think it's polite as a manager to ask a disabled, brain damaged customer to change the way she articulates herself because her life has been hard enough and ruined five times over and #3 if she cares about her job (like I assume she does) maybe she should stop assuming I just get off on saying inappropriate stuff. When I tried to explain she didn't want to hear it. I'm also seeking psychiatric help so it's not like I'm not trying to heal myself... so choose better managers like they're working a dispensary soo not really a place of serious conduct I also have major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, post dramatic stress disorder, and chronic fatigue so the manager really doesn't wanna this smoke. And customer service like that I can report. I will no longer be recommending people to ZenLeaf and I'll take my thousands elsewhere. read more

I've used Zen Leaf before with positive experiences. Last week, I was there looking for a transdermal patch of straight CBD for anxiety. I picked up a Mary's Medicinals in Denver, Co., & they really helped. The woman helping me showed me the strongest CBD in a patch on a tablet. She seemed poor with product knowledge. So yes ... ... I walked out with two patches of very strong THC, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that produces the high. Thank goodness, I caught the error within 20 mins. I NEVER OPENED the packets (we're both in Highland park, a 5 minute drive) and called. I got a corporate person on the phone & explained. He offered being shocked. He called the store for me. 'No exchanges after leaving the store.' They made no offer to contact me and suggest they felt badly, absolutely nothing. Zero reach-out for selling me the wrong product and potentially a really bad experience. So Zen Leaf managed to get on my list of businesses to AVOID like monkey-pox! I'll find another dispensary, and bounce my story around so people remember: DON'T BUY THE HYPE, BUY HOW THEY TREAT YOU. Ignorant consumer practices. Love the store and staff, any and all negativity is SOLELY related to Zen Leaf as a whole, and why you should AVOID this organization at all costs (think Comcast or AT&T level support when you call). I received a broken syringe, and they tried very hard to discourage me from getting a replacement. While talking to them, which you are routed to a call center in Florida, the staff is rude and they don't listen. I was hung up on twice, and before that put on multiple EXTENDED periods of hold (figure for 10 minutes of talking, 60ish minutes of hold). Go to Windy City in Highwood (or ANYWHERE else that is NOT Zen Leaf). Edit: Wanted to add that I was offered a 15% coupon to adjust my review to 4+ stars on google (specifically google), I only say that as how can you trust any reviews they have when they are bribing people to change the honest reviews to positive reviews. read more

PROS: The dispensary is well stocked, and they accept CanPay CON: Customer service is virtually nonexistent. There was a glitch in their system, and I wasn't being credited with loyalty points. When I e-mailed CS, the response was late, and not at all helpful. I never received the points I earned. Customer service matters. I'm shopping elsewhere now. EDIT: To clarify, my complaint is with the corporation, not the Highland Park dispensary. The people working there are friendly and helpful. I usually never leave reviews on any platforms unless I am very angry with a company. ZEN LEAF IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Do not waste your money. I would suggest Sunnyside or Curaleaf I have had amazing experiences with them. Zen Leaf is actual trash. I purchased from here twice and both times I received my products half empty or missing items. Both times I have reached out to their customer support to get further assistance for these issues. The first time they gave me a lousy 15% off my next purchase that expired in 2 weeks and I had to use the discount at the location I purchased from. Keep in mind I don't live anywhere near that location, I just so happened to be there at the time. I mentioned to them that 1. 15% off is nothing and I wanted more compensation and 2. Due to distance I couldn't use it within 2 weeks and they completely ghosted me. The second time I purchased a disposable and it came HALF empty. I reached out to customer support they offered me $25 store credit but I had to use it again within 2 weeks. I mentioned to them I am back on campus and it's a 3 hour drive to that location so I wouldn't be able to use it. All I asked for was for me to use the store credit without it having a deadline. It was a long battle of back and forth and they eventually stopped responding to my emails so I had no choice but to leave reviews. I left a review on Google and they responded back saying they'd help. This is all for show. They'll say they help but they don't end up actually helping. They reached out to me, but I was in class at the time and couldn't answer the phone call. I decided to call back, straight to voicemail. I called a total of three times and it's been over 3 days since they tried to contact me and I have been lead to voicemail and no call back. I have never experienced customer service like this before and they do not prioritize their customers. The least they can do is respond to my calls or emails, but they can't even do the bare minimum. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you want to be robbed of your money and want shitty customer service. I'm being generous with a 1 star review. If I can I would give them 0. I already know they're going to respond to this as if they're gonna "attempt to help", but it's going to go no where. read more

GO ELSEWHERE..... Been very faithful to Rise facilities after one dispensary helped me dial in my pain meds..... MATH is unable to be completed in this place.... They told me all RSO's are state allowed max (Still waiting on IL to issue me a med card after just moving here and having an issue with my signing physician....) so I could not purchase what I needed. The RSO I purchased CLEARLY shows the THC content is under 400 MG and the limit is 500 MG. Lazy or incompetence..... only answer to this one.... read more

This place has the worst system for medical. If you're recreational it doesn't matter if you've been in line for 45 mins, if a medical customer walks in they get to go first. Not to mention if another medical walks in right after they skip you too. Some medical customers will even refuse to go next because they agree it's wrong. They need to have 1 or 2 ppl just solely for medical vs all the workers. Make it make sense! This is the only dispensary that does this. read more

Do not waste your money going to this dispensary. I have went multiple times and have been taxed a higher amount than is reasonable as I shop at dispensaries a lot and thoroughly know how much the tax should be. The items they sell are priced very high. If you like convenience but not your couple extra dollars then this is your place. If you care about saving money and want very grate service there is another dispensary located just a couple miles away called CuraLeaf the customer service is way better and is over all a more friendly space as for this place feels like your kinda under a ton of pressure for no reason. Also to add they have very few choices to pick from in comparison to most dispensaries. Don't waste your time going here take the extra 2-3 miles and go to a shop that actually feels better. Terrible service! They hardly ever have enough people to assist customers. I was waiting for 15 minutes and left to go to another location.

If you call, you're speaking to someone outside of the location. Being new to trying CBD, I was rushed and sold items that were not what I originally requested. The salesman recommended other items and then told that everything is CASH ONLY. There was an ATM but then charged additional bank fees. I did not like any of the items because I trusted the recommendations because I felt stupid because I was told one thing, sold other items, and rushed because "I was holding back the line". I threw away 90% of what I purchased since I did not want to get high. read more

I used to be a frequent customer of Zenleaf. I built up points until I had a $25 dollar discount. I went to use it and was told I could not until my next purchase. It is not what I was told on the phone, before I drove for an hour and forty minutes to make a purchase. I got to the store, bought hybrid flower, did not get my discount and drove home. When I got home, I realized the hybrid flower was actually a sativa. I cannot use sativas. They cause migraines. I was stuck with no cannabis and in bad pain. I had a half an ounce of flower that I could not really affored but needed. I could not use it. I then found out that the budtender gave me a five dollar disount and did not tell me it would negate my $25 dollar discount, which I had been saving up for months. I'm poor. I use cannabis for health. I needed that discount and I needed the flower to be what it said it was on the website. No manager ever called me, despite my respeated return calls. I have not purchased from them since and started going to Windy City, where I'm actually appreicated as a customer. read more
