    I've used Zen Leaf before with positive experiences. Last week, I was there looking for a transdermal patch of straight CBD for anxiety. I picked up a Mary's Medicinals in Denver, Co., & they really helped. The woman helping me showed me the strongest CBD in a patch on a tablet. She seemed poor with product knowledge. So yes ... ... I walked out with two patches of very strong THC, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that produces the high. Thank goodness, I caught the error within 20 mins. I NEVER OPENED the packets (we're both in Highland park, a 5 minute drive) and called. I got a corporate person on the phone & explained. He offered being shocked. He called the store for me. 'No exchanges after leaving the store.' They made no offer to contact me and suggest they felt badly, absolutely nothing. Zero reach-out for selling me the wrong product and potentially a really bad experience. So Zen Leaf managed to get on my list of businesses to AVOID like monkey-pox! I'll find another dispensary, and bounce my story around so people remember: DON'T BUY THE HYPE, BUY HOW THEY TREAT YOU. Ignorant consumer practices. Spoiled a good relationship of future purchases for $40.

    I usually never leave reviews on any platforms unless I am very angry with a company. ZEN LEAF IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Do not waste your money. I would suggest Sunnyside or Curaleaf I have had amazing experiences with them. Zen Leaf is actual trash. I purchased from here twice and both times I received my products half empty or missing items. Both times I have reached out to their customer support to get further assistance for these issues. The first time they gave me a lousy 15% off my next purchase that expired in 2 weeks and I had to use the discount at the location I purchased from. Keep in mind I don't live anywhere near that location, I just so happened to be there at the time. I mentioned to them that 1. 15% off is nothing and I wanted more compensation and 2. Due to distance I couldn't use it within 2 weeks and they completely ghosted me. The second time I purchased a disposable and it came HALF empty. I reached out to customer support they offered me $25 store credit but I had to use it again within 2 weeks. I mentioned to them I am back on campus and it's a 3 hour drive to that location so I wouldn't be able to use it. All I asked for was for me to use the store credit without it having a deadline. It was a long battle of back and forth and they eventually stopped responding to my emails so I had no choice but to leave reviews. I left a review on Google and they responded back saying they'd help. This is all for show. They'll say they help but they don't end up actually helping. They reached out to me, but I was in class at the time and couldn't answer the phone call. I decided to call back, straight to voicemail. I called a total of three times and it's been over 3 days since they tried to contact me and I have been lead to voicemail and no call back. I have never experienced customer service like this before and they do not prioritize their customers. The least they can do is respond to my calls or emails, but they can't even do the bare minimum. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you want to be robbed of your money and want shitty customer service. I'm being generous with a 1 star review. If I can I would give them 0. I already know they're going to respond to this as if they're gonna "attempt to help", but it's going to go no where.

    Terrible service! They hardly ever have enough people to assist customers. I was waiting for 15 minutes and left to go to another location.

    By far the best dispensary if you live in WI or Northern IL. It is worth the extra drive. I've…read morehardly ever had to wait. It is the smoothest run and their discount on your first three visits is crazy. Don't be afraid to call as you order online if you have questions. The lady I talked to on my first trip was very helpful and had great recommendations. We will see how it goes now that they got bought out but I was there today and it went as smooth as usual. I wish they had a larger variety of flower on occasions but overall, again the best one I've been to in reach of WI.

I added what I wanted and you receive a text to go to the counter. I did, and a woman at the register said "I'll be right with you, one sec" so I stood back a few feet. During this time a few other folks came in, and a different woman at another register (with a Karen haircut) made a weird comment about me not being in line. I said "I didn't know there was a line" and she told me "Well, there is! It's over there but I'll let you go this one time, I guess". I was very confused... was she trying to funny? She certainly was failing, if so. I found her to be quite rude. She continued to chastise me as she rang me up. I guess in the weed business, they don't have to be nice to the customer? She made a face and said "Uh, I need your ID...?" I said "Oh, ok. You didn't ask me for it..." She said "I didn't. You were talking" So, I hear you loud and clear Curaleaf- you don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this? I'll be heading to a different dispensary for my next purchase, thank you very much.
