But still would not offer a refund or price adjustment because "it was just a standard photo" and it wasn't meant to actually represent the product I had ordered! When I pointed out that this falls under false advertising, they offered me a "generous discount" on a future purchase but didn't follow up with any specific details like how to actually redeem it. This has given me a lot of doubts about shopping with the company ever again. The whole experience feels very deliberate and shady. Customers are forced to order through the website and cashiers brush off requests to see the product closer before paying. Then their customer support acts like it's a normal and acceptable business practice to use a photo that promises more than what you actually receive. The manager had attitude and doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I felt like i got robbed by a corner boy selling trash. This experience should feel great to experience now that its legal and that atmosphere did not make a great experience.
