My friend bought 8 pre-rolls of various kinds at their 5.00 pre-roll sale, and 4 pre-rolls so far are either not very smokable or missing product (shorted). You get what you pay for in this instance. They offered to make it right, if we brought it back but it's just a lot more work than we need being that it's a 45 minutes drive for us. My friend is emptying the weed into her pipe instead. The other complaint is that the weed here (i.e. her favorite, White Sangria) isn't what it is at other stores. She explained that it tastes like chemicals were present. She won't be going back. Most of the product and prices are pretty good and most of the in person staff is very kind, helpful and patient, however I can only give 3 stars because of the curbside pickup. There usually seems to be a miscommunication between security and whoever is inside receiving the info. I've never had issues with the guys checking me in, but there have been numerous times I've come to pick up my order and I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get it. I think last time it was literally an hour. I understand that it gets busy, but when I'm seeing car after car pull in after me and they're only waiting 5 minutes for they're order while I've been sitting in my car for over a half an hour watching them come and go and then apologetically security comes back to my car and we do the check in process all over again and it keeps happening there is definitely some kind of issue somewhere. Now you pre-order online start driving after you get the confirmation text (Takes me 45mins to get there) just to get the sorry we don't have it text! Grrrrrr I am a medical user and the relief you feel from odering and thinking yes I get what I need this week to Driving in a histerical panic because the don't have it. This place has gone downhill since last year. The delivery times on their site are completley inaccurate as of lately and staff rude. We've gotten strains that are extremely low quality and high priced, found the same strain at another dispensary that was great quality and cheaper. Gotten house pre-rolls from here that look like they've been opened and product taken from them. Weve compared 2 of the same 1g pre-rolls and (on more than one occasion) the pre-rolls are significantly different when it comes to the amount of product in them. The ones that have less look like they've been twisted open, product emptied out, and re-twisted closed. Now onto the delivery mess.... First and second delivery: arrived without issue within the 90-120 minute window as stated on the site. Third delivery: waited the 120 minutes, called to check on the status. Lady who answered was extremely rude and said it's a minimum of 2 hours before they even leave the store and it'll be an additional 45 minutes before our order is headed out. Then proceeded to give my husband an attitude when he politely mentioned that the site says delivery within 90-120 minutes. Fourth delivery: Ordered delivery, site states that both pickup AND delivery start at 9am. Get a message after placing the order saying delivery does not start until 11am and that it's a 3 HOUR delivery window time frame. Not the 90-120 minutes that is still stated on the site. Perhaps the site should be updated with the CORRECT delivery window time... and employees who answer the phone be trained not to be an a**h0le when someone calls to check on the status and kindly mentions what the stores site says in regards to delivery time. There are people that are depending on this medicine that are depending on the delivery and site to be accurate so they can get their order when expected. Even the quality of people who work the pick up windows are declining... we used to be greeted with a "hey! How are you? What can I get for you?" and be offered suggestions on product. Now I notice customers are all greeted with silence or a "what do you want?" I only gave an extra star because the delivery drivers deserve it, they're always super kind. read more

Do not shop here. Ordered online with my phone today and went to pickup. They do not take debt cards any longer. Had to run to the bank and get cash. When I went back they snidely said sorry we don't give change (no mention of that when I left to get the cash) so I guess I'm getting a $13 tip. Go to Rise. If you start puking and eliminating blood and have a seizure after smoking weed from this store, this is why. I almost died twice from smoking their weed. I didn't believe the doctors at the hospital the first time I got sick, that's why I smoked it a second time. The doctors told me they are seeing this more and more often. In their words,"it's nasty stuff". It's got rat poison and other chemicals, also the doctors say it's got wood filler in it to make it heavier since it's sold by weight. My honest experience, it was quite painful, I got a ride in an ambulance after having a seizure, bleed a lot out of every hole, was sick as hell with a horrible headache and had to learn how to walk again after smoking this so called, "weed". read more

I'm now on hour 24 of waiting, after putting an order in yesterday morning. Received my "your order is being processed" at noon yesterday. I get a call at 8:30 In the evening (12 hours after the order was placed, which yes, I get it, it's gonna take longer due to high order demands) but was told I had 5 orders in front of me and he should be here within 45 minutes, so roughly 9:15ish... It's now 8:30am the following morning and I haven't heard a word from Sierra. I don't know if the driver got hurt? If my order was canceled. No clue. I understand and am sympathetic towards the situation since it's unprecedented times we're in, but please just keep the people informed. Had I heard even a, "hey it's getting to late to deliver tonight, please place another order in the morning" SOMETHING PLEASE. I have been a medical patient for many years and was an original customer when Sierra Wellness opened in Carson City. I left town for a few years and returned only to find those days are long gone. They used to have great customer service and great product. Now, they just suck! Customer service is out and product is dry. I recived a 7g order of shake opened in the secuity package. Today I placed an order and confirmed a time for pick up. I got there and was told I didn't have an order in even though I had my text messages saying My order was ready. I'm really done with Sierra Wellness and would rather go to Rise for a better all round experience or drive to Reno. read more

I happen to be in Carson City and went to Sierra well. The place was chaotic and on organized and the people were very rude and unhelpful and more interested in their personal lives and their cell phones than anything else. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they're all high at work. I don't know who runs this business but you need to get your employees in check. Someone needs to speak to the owner or human resources because I have never been to a place that has been so disorientated rude and chaotic and more interested in their personal lives than their customers read more

Hello there, very disappointed in your crummy store in Carson City. I have been there three times trying to buy from you. The other two times I went the place was so disorganized I wound up leaving making no purchase. Today I see you have the Vert Snickerdoodle Brownies which I like. I order them online. Every other dispensary will send a text when the order is completed. I never got a text so I called in to find out and again very disorganized. No one really knew anything about online ordering other than to tell me my order was ready. I was told the reason I didnt get a text was because I must have entered my phone number incorrectly when I signed up. Which is incorrect my phone number was entered correctly. Whatever, I went to get my order and it worked out OK I checked my receipt and it looked fine so I left. I live in Lake Tahoe I get all the way home and open the little bag and no Vert Snickerdoodle brownie. Receipt says so and I paid for it - so now what ? Drive all the way back to Carson City so you can correct your mistake? I will drive back to Carson City tomorrow but it will be to go Rise where everything always works out fine - Sierra Wellness sucks and I will tell everybody. Very disappointed read more
