Disappointed how that they used FedEx who sent me a bill, 2 months later, for another $30 in clearance fees. Even worse, I tried calling The Rock Shed but no one ever answers. I sent an email inquiry and 3 weeks later(and counting) they can't be bothered to reply. Based on their lack of customer care honestly, no matter where you live, I would NOT recommend.

We saw that they sold t-shirts commemorating the round-up event. The salesgirl was very helpful and very patient as we made our t-shirt selections. What impressed us most is the customer service from the salesgirl. We definitely will visit their store again when we return to South Dakota.

That being said, we went out of our way to come here to find unique South Dakota memento type ornaments and there was literally only 1 rack in the whole store that had South Dakota ornaments. This place is clearly a great opportunity for a tourist trap (which is what I was looking for) but they don't take advantage of that. We wanted a cool South Dakota ornament to remember our trip. We had to leave the Christmas store to find one.
