Love the office and staff. Very professional.. try it and you will see. Go home with a smile

Office staff Laura was extremely helpful with helping me schedule appointments for myself and my children as new patients. Dr. Molhatra explained everything in full details and was very patient in taking his time to even show us with pics and X-rays. Ron was also amazing, super friendly and helpful. We will be coming back. Thank you for your great service. read more

I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care. Great care from everyone, lovely staff, caring dental attention.

Irresponsible practice. Scheduled 2 appts for a Saturday. We were running 5-10 mins late due to traffic, called 5 times to ask if there was any grace period. No answer. Arrive to the suite, door is locked, i knock, i keep calling the office, i even text the website's AI bot.... Radio silence. Their availability for today was posted on 3 different websites, where you can schedule with them for the day. And google also had them as "open". Whatever scenario happened, they sold, they left, it is irresponsible. Wasted a whole morning for nothing. read more

I went in for a semi annual cleaning... unfortunately I don't know her name.. she was extremely thorough and probably the nicest person I've ever encountered at a dentist office !!! She had previously recommended a water pix.. changed my life ... i highly recommend zen dentistry for all your dental needs.. l read more

Perfect as usual especially Holli who I've been going to for over 40 years - Miss Dr. Cerrato!

Dr. Kramer is not just a great Dentist with years of experience, he is also very personable and so is everyone who works in his office. It creates a fun atmosphere for me while I am there. Even after moving out of the neighborhood, I still go back to Dr. Kramer because I trust him. For me, trust is very important when in comes to a dentist. read more

Everyone was so nice! Very clean and the dentist was informative. I am so happy I found a new dental home

I had my very first appointment here today. I was feeling anxious before the appointment like most people do when they go to the dentist but the office was very clean the two young ladies at the front desk were friendly. The staff are all very kind, patient and professional. I was walked through everything I needed to have done and even made my 6 month appointment. Might not be much to anyone else but I'm proud of myself and can't wait for my next check up. read more

Been going here for almost 3 years and I love everyone here. The entire staff makes u feel super comfortable and they work with you through any issues you may have. I have recommended all my friends come here read more

I always have a great experience there. Peggy was a pleasure to talk to about The Rangers. Didn't know she was a fan of The Rangers. Dr Lizzio did a great job on a couple filling in short time. What a pro and also always aware of not making things painful. read more

The dentist has solid knowledge and experience , but the nurses need better training and the device is not user friendly, eg the X-ray device, which hurts my mouth a lot. read more

Second visit was a disappointment....staff not really attentive, they do not give Starbucks gift cards. iT's not the gift card, it's only 5 bucks, but it's a lie or a gimmick. read more

was looking for a new dentist and couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office was so warm and welcoming, and made the experience easy and efficient (the massage chairs as you get your cleaning are a plus!) read more

I'm really happy that I found Dr. Kramer after living in Brooklyn for a couple of years and finally deciding to give up the commute to my family dentist on long Island. Dr. Kramer's office is clean and his staff is organized and friendly. Dr. Kramer himself is thorough and skilled. After trying a Park Slope dentist that tried to sell me everything from teeth whitening to "state of the art" gum treatments, I was really happy to find that Dr. Kramer has his patients' best interest at heart and not just his income. I recommend Dr. Kramer without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a no- nonsense dentist who will really take the time to diagnose any issues and offer solutions read more

Dr. Kramer has, in all good humor, gotten me through an LOT. I'm not 'good with dentists'. However, he's no-nonsense, and has gently gotten me through a few nasty necessary procedures. He's fast, efficient, doesn't waste time, and I never have to wait in the lobby. read more

Terrible. I am very sad Dr P sold his practice. I had a very bad experience with the new dentists and will not be coming back. Meanwhile, I am still in pain from the root canal I don't think I needed. Trying to find a new dentist for a second opinion. Avoid. read more

I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Joseph was by far the best. The office was very clean and modern. She was not bouncing around from room to room like in one of those giant "mills" and was focusing just on me. She spent over an hour with me during my yearly physical. She did the cleaning herself instead of hiring a dental hygienist, which I loved. I needed a little bit of work done and the novocaine injection was PAINLESS. I also opted for teeth whitening, which I had once before at another place with mixed results- this time it was a noticeable difference and my feet were a whole lot whiter. 100% recommendation!!! read more

If you're looking for a dentist who is gentle, pleasant and really knows what they're doing then go see Dr. Joseph! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and years (sad, but true). After meeting Dr. Joseph at a civic function I decided that I liked her demeanor and if I was going to finally get back into the chair, she was as good a person as any. And now that I've become her patient I am happy that I made the right choice to do so!! I am a HUGE "fraidy cat" with a very low threshold for pain. Plus I get mentally worked-up and nervous about anything mildly medical. I say this so that you understand the magnitude of what I'm about to say: I never once felt a twinge of pain while she did a cleaning and then fixed 4 cavities... and during one of those cavities I literally FELL ASLEEP IN THE CHAIR! That's how gentle it was! Dr. Joseph is one of those "old fashioned" doctors in that she takes the time to really talk with you, looks you in the eye, and doesn't rush you. She fully explained everything, gave me options and recommendations, and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. She's also not "judgy" like some dentists are... in other words, she won't give you that stern look for not flossing and instead she'll just smile and will give you options that work with your lifestyle and habits. Her office has all new state-of-the-art equipment plus a TV in every room - AND she gives you the remote control! Dr. Joseph also let me put my ear buds in so I could listen to music instead of focusing on the drill noise, which helped my nerves a lot. BOTTOM LINE: if you are looking for a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Joseph and you won't be disappointed!!! read more

Dr. Joseph is amazing! As most people, I fear going to the dentist and have tried my fair share of dentists. I decided to try her out based off her yelp reviews. I went to her for a regular cleaning and she pointed out some abnormalities in my teeth that she fixed at my next appt. It was near painless. I went back to her again for teeth whitening. She explained everything from beginning to end in detail and left nothing for a surprise. I'm happy to have found a dentist I can finally stick with and trust. read more

An ex-boyfriend recommended Dr. Kramer to me, and he was by far the best thing I got out of that relationship. He has an incredible bedside manner. I felt really comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I got my teeth cleaned, which I hate (who doesn't?) and Dr. Kramer made it as pleasant as possible. I have a strong gag reflex, and when I told him that, he was very careful not to trigger it. He also bonded a tooth for me and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it the whole time. I had initially asked him just to file the chip down, but he told me it would be better to bond it, and why. He is so sweet, so gentle, and I absolutely loved seeing him. Carroll Gardens is kind of inconvenient for me to get to, but it's totally worth it - Dr. Kramer knows what he's doing, and is totally considerate of his patients. read more

I never thought I would write a review for a dental office, but I have to for Dr. Joseph and her new office in Rockville Centre. I have been going to Dr. Joseph for a few years now. She has always been a great dentist - incredible bedside manner, very attentive, and she actually answers all my questions and takes the time to explain things! To me that is a very rare quality to find these days when I get any healthcare. But I am writing this because in addition to her being a dentist I actually trust and like, she has an amazing new office that I fell in love with. It was so lovely that I felt I was going somewhere to get pampered and not somewhere I was getting all the plaque removed from my teeth. I am happy to have Dr. Joseph as my dentist (no cavities still!) and that I can go to her new office and feel like I am treating myself while getting good care. read more

Dr. Joseph should pat herself on the back!! Why?? Because having PTDD (Post Traumatic Dental Disorder) I find it very difficult not only going to the dentist on a regular basis BUT coming back for check-ups & cleanings!! This awesome, gentle dentist has won not only my trust but my gratitude! I have finally found "THE" perfect dentist...with her I don't feel embarrassed to ask for numbing gel just for a cleaning!! Her office is state of the art as well as clean, calming and comfortable!! Thank you thank you thank you!! read more

Don't let the dingy outside of the building dissuade you. Let me count the ways I had a first-rate experience with Dr. Kramer: *His staff treated me courteously and actually did some research to let me know ahead of time what the charges would be for the services I needed. Sounds like a no brainer, huh? It was pulling teeth to get this info from other neighborhood dentists, and with some I never succeeded in spite of repeated calls. Even if I got this information, the staff at other offices made me feel like I was a fussy pain in the ass, instead of someone needing to get dental work done at a reasonable rate. *He was OK with using recent X-rays and records from another dentist. Many other offices required a $100+ consultation as a new patient before they would do ANY dental work for me. *He did his best to help me find the lowest-cost options possible for the dental work I needed done. *He did all that he could to accommodate my fear of injections/dental procedures. He charged a reasonable fee for nitrous oxide, and used the nitrous humanely, judiciously, and with careful concern for my well-being. He combined procedures to minimize the times I have to visit and endure injections. *He did not make me feel like a loon because of my fears. *He really took his time to make sure my filling was shaped properly to ensure a comfortable bite. *His rates were very reasonable. On top of all this, for me there's an old-fashioned comfort in working with an office that has ONE receptionist, ONE dental assistant, and ONE dentist. Given my limitations as a patient (money constraints, fears), I've often had less-than-ideal encounters with dentists/dental practices. It's a relief to find such quality care at such reasonable rates. read more

LOVE Dr. Joseph! If you are looking for the gentlest cleaning and check up experience, look no further than Dr. Joseph. She recently opened her practice in Rockville Centre so the office is new, modern and clean. It gives a very relaxing feel. She's very personable and gets to know all her patients. She remembered stuff I mentioned from my cleaning 6 months ago! She doesn't try to make you do unnecessary procedures and she does a good job explaining everything. Also, her cleaning is so gentle and painless it's actually a somewhat pleasant experience. I used to clench my hands during cleanings and dreaded going to the dentist but with Dr. Joseph I really don't mind it! read more

I have only been to two dentists in my life. I am blessed because both were very caring and made you forget that you are at the dentists. Dr Kramer is one of them. Just have to write a review for Dr Joseph. I have had many many dental exams in my life - hers was the most thorough. I left my first visit feeling like my entire oral health had been assessed- not just my teeth. I had about 7 visits with her over twelve months and each was pleasant and well executed. Her manner is delightful and her technique is so gentle that I didn't even ask for Novocaine. Thank you, Dr. Joseph. I highly recommend this office. read more

I came to Dr. Joseph after feeling quite anxious after some not so great dental experiences. Finally! I have put off going to the dentist for forever because well ... it's the dentist and because my last few visits have been miserable (all in Manhattan). He knows his stuff, he's updated, he has a great "bedside manner", he's prompt and gentle, as gentle as a dentist CAN be. He's got experience under his belt which is what I prefer rather than a newbie with cherub cheeks. Gee, it only took me 16 years of living in both NYC and now Brooklyn to find a decent damn dentist! read more

Just an update. I have been going to Dr. Kramer for 15 years. Still the best dentist in Brooklyn. The staff are like old friends to me now. If you need a dentist, go here. You won't be disappointed. I have been to many, many dentists in my day. I probably have the worst teeth of any 28-year old out there -- I lost the genetic lottery when it came to tooth enamel quality. Dr. Kramer stands out among all the dentists I've been to (over a dozen -- sad) for being (1) gentle, (2) nice & nonjudgmental, and (3) transparent. Lots of times dentists want to keep the costs of work a little hidden -- they beat around the bush, don't care when your insurance runs out, etc. -- but Dr. Kramer will work with you and your insurance to make a plan that works for you. You always know what the agenda is, how much insurance will cover and how much will be out of pocket -- so rare in this industry! He's super nice & caring -- also would be great with kids (I bet). read more

Dr.Lizzio has to be the most compassionate dentist ever, that combined with her knowledge and expertise in all things related to dentistry make her the only one I will see. Dr. Lizzio saved me from myself and assured me I shouldn't fear a dentist, her gentle touch and compassion and willingness to take her time and always make me aware of the necessary steps she was taking reassured me along the way. Thankyou Dr. Lizzio along with the great staff that works with you. If you need I highly recommend Dr.Lizzio read more

Seriously one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. I had gone off what I read on YELP and want to pay it forward so anyone researching dentists in Carroll Gardens can come to Dr. Kramer. I was greeted by a wonderful staff and the experience overall was really personal and genuine. As a full time student who will not be working next fall (unpaid student teaching) my finances are of a concern to me. Dr. Kramer was kind enough to figure out to the dollar exactly what I would owe and what my insurance would cover. I have to undergo a few procedures and I'm not dreading it at all because of the awesome people I have the opportunity to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kramer!! read more
