This spot in the Oviedo mall has an interesting menu with a variety of Asian fusion options. I opted for the tofu banh mi. They give you a beeper to let you know when your food is ready while they make it fresh in the kitchen. It took about 5 minutes for them to prep it all up. The banh mi bread was toasted, but it is not the traditional crusty French baguette that I am accustomed to in a banh mi. The tofu itself was not seasoned before cooking and it was sauced with something that tasted like teriyaki sauce and I didn't care for the flavor. They did top the sandwich with the traditional toppings-cilantro, jalapeños, pickled carrots and daikon. They did add cooked onions, which isn't a traditional topping, but they weren't bad. I really wanted to love this sandwich, but the flavors were just not right. read more
