Marcia, in particular, does absolute magic with her hands -- her work is the main reason I keep coming back. That said, the scheduling has been a consistent source of frustration. On multiple occasions, I've been contacted last minute and asked to shift my appointment earlier or later after I'd already coordinated time off work. Other times, I've shown up only to find that my appointment had "fallen off the books" or been scheduled over entirely. Today was unfortunately another example. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early after taking off work and driving 1.5 hours across Atlanta, only to be told, "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule." Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume user error on my end, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off. While everyone is super friendly, the front desk feels overwhelmed and disorganized, and it directly impacts the customer experience. There's a lot of potential here, and the actual services are great -- I just wish the scheduling side matched the quality of the care.

In addition to the great reviews, I read his "From the business" section and immediately noted the "sports massage", "deep tissue" expertise along with his experience working with professional sports athletes. As someone who typically receives on average 2-3 professional massages a month in a highly competitive market (Los Angeles), Jemal is a true talented find in Conyers (and perhaps Atlanta). I've not had this level of massage in a long, long time. In addition to my entire body, Jemal's techniques allowed for my tight hamstrings to relax back to their normal state for the first time in years. Professional, efficient and caring, you can tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend and look forward to returning here again soon.

I've never done foot reflexology, but I'm now a fan. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday just to do something different, and am so glad we came. So for $30 for an hour you can have your feet and calves massaged, or for $40 you can get a 20 minute back rub with the 40 minute feet treatment. Either you can't go wrong. I just did the feet while he went for the back massage. Seriously these people have strong hands. I don't know how they work for an hour on a body part like that. There's nothing fancy in here, but it's just a really great way to force yourself to relax, which is hard for me to do, and to just get the royal treatment. It was so enjoyable. I was really debating where to go and get this done, but I'm glad we chose this place. I'd love to do it every weekend if I could. They do take AMEX which was another plus. They also will give you water or tea if you like. If you're looking to spoil yourself or your partner, I highly recommend reflexology and this place was a good choice.
