We had just filled up and were good on road snacks, but we still swung by and of course found something to get. This location is a tad smaller than other locations, especially in the gas pump area Still large compared to your standard stores, but smaller compared to other Buc-ees locations. We got to experience the ole "brisket on the board" as soon as we walked in, and of course, we decided to scoop up a few sammies to eat when we reached out hotel. It was the perfect welcome snack for us! Outside of the brisket, we went ahead and scooped up hotel room snacks and drinks. We planned on doing that at a store near the hotel, but when in Rome... Inside to outside was well kept and clean, and of course the service was stellar! Overall, solid Buc-ees location!

This Circle K is my neighborhood convenience store. It's always nice to go in there because,…read moreunusual for a convenience store, the employees are friendly and always greet me with a welcome. There are assorted low-lifes who try to use the property as a hangout but a fence had recently been installed to keep them at bay in the rear of the store. Fresh fruit is always available, which I really like, and it is actually a popular item. Better than a bag of chips or candy bar when you crave a snack. You can get deals on 2-liter soda and the grill items are always plentiful and available. Cold sandwiches like subs are no more expensive than at WalMart. Service is available very late at night via the outside walkup window and drawer and that can be very handy. Prices on beer and many drink items were actually lowered over the summer. The coffee urns are always full and the coffee counter is CLEAN. There were Halloween lollypops for the children today and the ladies fussed over a young boy one of the regular customers proudly brought into the store - obviously the man's grandson. Some of the the commercial buildings in this neighborhood need a makeover or redevelopment - but that's on the City of Columbus and private owners. Regular maintenance is done to keep the building looking good and I often see a handyman painting or cleaning up. As convenience stores go, this one is at the top of my list.
