I provided mesh rebar to be incorporated into the entire project, they laid them but did nothing to ensure the wire was embedded. So I have cracks appearing. Within a month a crack appeared and is separating from the sidewalk. He couldn't even remember to put expansion joints in as they went. He came back later with a concrete saw to cut in the joints. He refused to come strip the forms, had to do it myself, he failed to clean up after the job. When I said that he needs to come back or give me a discount, he said, go ahead and hold back roughly $3800 and he would come take care of it. Well, the next month I get a call from the local readymix company and Neil refused to pay, and the bill was for $3800 the amount he told me hold back. Anyway, I tried to get the money from him, no luck. BEWARE OF PIECEWURXS DDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK OTHER THEN LAWN MOWING, HE'D PROBABLY SCREW THAT UP AS WELL.
