I have been getting the same generic response for months; and come to find out that the two individuals previously employed are no longer employees! I recently messaged them regarding a family members case, and I had not received a response in weeks so I called and spoke to Mylene. She had NO CLUE or ANSWERS pertaining to my family members case; nothing was in his file, records or anything. She stated that she needed to talk to Dustyn; okay got it! It's been about a month and a half, and I have called countless times leaving voicemails and NO ONE has called me back. Why? Your statement says, "Thank you for putting your trust in me" but you have NOT honored your own commitment/statement. Why? People trust you to answer their questions and represent them in the utmost manner, and this has not happened or been the case with this law office.
