The details are vague and I suspect it could be the same person using multiple accounts. Yelp should not allow unverified reviews. The main complaint on one of those reviews is the use of paper? I guess that person doesn't know much about law. Everything is legal paperwork. Kristina sent me electronic paperwork via secure multiple times after my case free of charge. Kristina Lyke was nothing less then amazing for my family. I have never seen a professional with such focus and determination. She was also very kind, compassionate and genuine. Unfortunately I was manipulated into giving a piece of jewelry that did not belong to my companion, but was of greatest significance to me. With the promise that it would be returned at the end of the probate. Unfortunately, I was not kept "in the loop" and found out today that that piece of jewelry had been stolen by my companion's sister via the lawyer whom I had made known over and over that the piece was legally mine. I spoke with the sister and then tried reaching the attorney several times. At one point I went to the office to speak with him. I offered to wait. A very cold and rigid individual came and said he wouldn't speak with me today and said she could give him the receipts. Normally that would be totally fine. However, given that I no longer trust that lawyer I told her I needed a minute to decide because I wasn't comfortable handing it to someone else. Then I started crying because everything hit me at once. The lady came back and ordered me to leave the office because I was crying. I told her I couldn't drive at the moment and wanted to wait until I was calmer. She said no and I was forced to leave even though I let her know I was feeling suicidal. I left and nearly crashed my car in the process. I tried to explain why I was upset. I wish to God that my companion had chosen a more ethical place, with people who had compassion for humanity. But this person was by reference. I can not recommend this place. This particular lawyer does not stand by his promises and led me to believe he would honor my companion's wishes. She was clear in her wishes and he did not honor them.

Even though I had an issue with some items in the final judgment, I was told I only had an hour to sign the document. I was told that these can be fixed after the judgement was signed. However, when it came time to change the things, I was told by Carrie Huff that she can no longer help me with the changes. After talking to another lawyer, they wondered why the changes were not made before papers were signed. Now I am spending more money on a different lawyer to get this fixed when it should have been done before everything was over. It's been 3 months since I've seen my kids. This all could have been prevented when I was at Gallagher Law firm. It's like they don't care about you as a person.
