Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought my truck in Thursday evening because I was told they would do same day service the next…read moreday. I called Friday and they told me it wouldn't be done until the following Tuesday. when I picked it up on Tuesday They did not do the service I requested And charged me $700. I'm very disappointed with this company and service.
