We were greeted by the sweetest staff member explaining to us the different pastries like the inside out cinnamon bun with a cream cheese center. She was patient and so friendly! We sat to order our breakfast along with some of the pastries for dessert. The smoked salmon Benedict was perfectly cooked and spectacular! Those frites that accompanied them were equally delicious. My friend ordered the croissant sandwich with salmon, cream cheese, and cranberries. For dessert we had the coconut cream tart which reminded me of a coconut cream pie elevated to a decadent tart. We also had an almond croissant that was so crispy and delicious that I had to order another one to go. My cappuccino was perfectly prepared. The food here is amazing and the service is equally exceptional. Our server checked on us often and was a delight! I can't say enough about this place that would do it justice. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Toronto.

Service was good, although a bit confusing that you can order and pay online while in restaurant, or have traditional service from staff. I had the (peri peri) chicken supreme and it was awfully dry. The appetizers were not bad but they were not spectacular. I did like the garlic shrimp out of all the appetizers that served. I found the slider too much bun and it was somewhat difficult to eat.

The shortribs were the most tender, juicy things we have ever eaten! Gotta try their tempura shrimp, the fig and brie grilled cheese, and they have sliders that aren't dry and boring (they're AMAZING!) The guys were super helpful when it came to the planning aspects, helping with the rentals, servers, advising us on the bar and even helping with decor. Unfortunately 3 weeks before his party he had a really bad fall and had to be airlifted to the hospital. I called the bakery almost 12 days in advance - more than enough time before they even began prepping anything for this small party - and they refused. Well actually, the employee on the phone was extremely unhelpful to begin with and when I requested I talk to the manager they left me waiting for almost 20 minutes on hold. When I did speak with the manager, I explained the situation I believed she understood and offered me a refund. I was clear we were going to rebook the party for the summer time and I'd be sure to call on them again for the order. In the end, I never got the refund. I've emailed the bakery numerous times with no response. I was even warned it was pointless to email customer service as I would not get a response. What honest business does that? So we are going ahead with the party and I highly recommend you go with the professionals at Pusateri's or Eataly. It's been a much better more positive and honest experience from the get go.
