I specifically booked a Botox treatment with Zoila, the owner of the salon, since her name was listed among other stylists in the booking app. However, when I arrived, although she greeted me and explained the different treatments, she did not actually perform the service. Instead, someone else with less experience handled it, and I could tell because they kept asking Zoila questions during the process. For the price of $447, I expected the service to be done by the professional I booked with, especially the salon owner. The final disappointment came with the haircut -- I requested a butterfly cut, which Zoila herself did, and unfortunately the results speak for themselves (see attached photos for transparency). Overall, I left feeling let down and frustrated. When you pay a premium price, you should receive the experience and expertise you booked for.

Extremely Disappointed - Completely Unprofessional Experience…read more My daughter had her senior prom on May 13, a once-in-a-lifetime event she had been looking forward to for months. She scheduled a hair appointment at this salon for 12:00 PM and we arrived early at 11:45 AM--only to find the salon completely closed. We waited until noon, assuming the stylist might just be running late, but no one showed up. We tried calling, texting, and messaging her through Instagram multiple times, but received absolutely no response. We waited until 12:45 PM--still nothing. At that point, we were left scrambling, trying to find a last-minute salon that could take a walk-in. Thankfully, we eventually found a place that was kind enough to help us on such short notice. But the stress, panic, and disappointment were overwhelming--especially on such an important day. What makes this worse is that this wasn't our first bad experience. Last year, the same stylist had my daughter wait 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment. We gave her the benefit of the doubt then, but clearly this is a pattern. To top it all off, the people in nearby businesses noticed our frustration and shared that this kind of behavior is common for her--apparently, many other clients have complained that she's frequently late or doesn't show up at all. Her usual excuse, we've learned, is a "medical emergency," but at this point, it sounds more like an excuse than an explanation. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unreliable this place is. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you value your time--and especially if you're booking for a special occasion--go elsewhere.

Please review your camera you'll see my daughter daughters reaction to her doing her hair. She said she didn't speak English well. I KNOW we used Google Translate to converse and she still was rude. Like I said when I stepped foot into your shop I told her what I wanted she said "okay okay sit" I told her I wanted a roller SET she said okay. Then she lied and said they didn't have anymore and when I pointed out that she did have rollers she said she wasn't doing it. My biggest issue is she made my daughter uncomfortable she's a child she's 12 ! If you have children and you "deal" with children you should respect that! The picture posted is proof so YOU know who was rude and nasty towards me and my child. She told my child to get out her chair with her hair half done because she was being dramatic! When I told her before she started my child head is sensitive that's why we asked for roller ! Again I was looking for this lady to be corrected so other children and new clients aren't treated the same way! Thank you for the response but my issue was NOT solved. I pray that my review causes your staff member/employee to treat others differently or maybe even nicer. I'm not expecting you to like what I've said I'm asking you too look into it. You said looked into it and you feel like she did nothing wrong. Case closed I know not to return. I also wanted to mentioned in reponse to your comment about asking for management which I did several times and no one would provide me with that information

She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.
