All of a sudden one of the fat pudgy workers with a mustache who didn't even ask if I intended to patronize the shop, was asked if I could use the bathroom. He mumbled to use the bathroom next door at Subway. Turns out, Subway conveniently had a bathroom out of order sign on the door. When confronted and reminded that I frequent buying cigars in his place of business, he didn't care, looked at another customer and ranted to the other customer that a guy messed up their bathroom one day so they closed it down. I asked Mr. Pudgy, "Why are you looking at he other customer while talking, I'M talking to you!" I told him "So you're willing to lose a customer and others I've recommended to you (which is about 25 to 30 guys), and still not allow me to use your bathroom? He said yes. What a donkey! I purchased 2 expensive bottles of liqour ($140) and five minutes later requested a refund because I had a change in plans. The cash register woman refused a return or exchange because of a "NY state Liquor Law" which she claimed prohibited return of items that left the store. She did not know the actual name of this law nor could she provide evidence. When I checked the NYS website for alcohol licensing it clearly states that unopened items that left the premises can be returned at the discretion of the store. I pointed out to the cash register woman that there were no signs posted stating their return policy however she still refused. She stated that she was the manager and when I asked for her ID she refused to show it. She even physically tried to stop me from taking a picture of her liquor license which was framed on the wall. Bottom line... she is a horrible business owner and nobody should shop here.
