This was the first time I have eaten here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful since I was unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered the signature sandwich meal that included fries and a drink. You server yourself for the drink, and it had a machine that was pretty fancy. Luckily, it had diet Dr. Pepper, which was nice to see, but when my husband tried a number of other drink options, they were not available. The fries were edible, but they should have been crisper and fresher, especially since we were there a little after 11am. The chicken sandwich was excellent. It was fried perfectly, and it had a nice layer of pickles. My husband ordered a chicken finger plate. He also felt the fries were too soggy, but otherwise, he liked the chicken and said the breading-to-meat ratio was perfect. Oddly enough, though we ate there, our food was given to us packed up and ready to go, and from what I could tell, that's how everyone's food was given to them, even though they were eating in the dining room. Typically, I am a Chick-fila fan, but I have to say this place had an excellent chicken sandwich, which had a brioche type bun, and it was not nearly as crowded. read more

First time I es get the Zaxby's. I order the original sandwich without their signature sauce. Instead, I replaced it with a side of their hot sauces; they have about eight different types of sauces (BBQ, hot sauces) - each one costs 25 cents. The sandwich was okay. My favorite part was the pickles. The chicken was deep-fried and very greasy. The French fries were good, but a small portion. The food will be served to you in to-go boxes. I LOVE Zaxby's!! Just really fresh, hot and deliciousLY good! By far my favorite fast food place! Yup....I said it! It beats the chicken cow IMO This location is about 15 mins off I95 exit 52 East. While driving home from Orlando...I was really craving Zaxby's. Although, they were just opening when we arrived for the day, I decided on going through the drive-thru since this is the Covid-19 era, the less public appearances the better for me. I ordered the cobb salad, 2 four piece chicken fingers with extra toast and 2 orders of that damn good coleslaw, upsized the seasoned fries and ohhhh...an extra 6 piece fingers. Ok....don't judge me. It's not like I ate it at once. Ok...1-day and a few hours later it's gone. I spoke with the general manager about bringing Zaxby's to SOFL ....hopefully, it's a matter of time! The first time I ate at a Zaxby's I don't know what it was but I didn't like it. But this location has changed my mind. The food was nice and hot when I received it. Service was friendly and fast. They took care of everyone and they were a little packed even up to the drive thru. I also love the ambiance since I started to come here more often. Kudos to the staff and thank you. My family loves Zaxby's, except this location. We were in NC for years and frequented Zaxby's. Upon moving to PSL, kids were happy to see Zaxby's a few miles from the house. That feeling quickly dissipated. Customer Service is somewhat borderline needing a refresher course. My fav sandwich is the grilled chicken, it has been raw/light pink in the middle from this location. When the Zensation Zalad is out, I get it a couple of times because it is so yummy. At this location, the egg roll was ice cold in the middle & salad drenched in sauce. I reached out via survey & they sent a free meal but was again disappointed. It has been months since I tried them. On the run today & needed a salad. I got a Cobb Salad to be safe since I can add my own dressing. Checked the chicken out & it was cooked correctly. Hopefully they are getting it all together. Definitely try out a Zaxby's!!! We have had great experiences at other locations!! read more

I had heard Zaxby's has great chicken so was excited to try it. I drove-through at lunchtime. The chicken sandwich I got came on Texas toast topped with hot sauce & ranch dressing. Great flavor, good quality chicken, but everything was served lukewarm - even the fries. I imagine if the food were hot when I got it, it would have been much better. I would be willing to try again because the flavors and quality were right-on. read more

One of the worst drive-through experiences of my life. I will never return to this store again due to the unprofessional, irresponsible and verbal abuse I received from the girl at the drive-thru window. I guess this kind of treatment is acceptable to the folks in Corporate since , after calling them, I never received a returned call back. I'll be sure to let their stock holders know about this. Very disappointed with our visit to this establishment today. The chicken was over cooked and the portion size ( 4 tiny pieces in each box) for the price was completely outrageous! $30 for cheese curds(),a share box for 2 and a sandwich, fries and drink! We had about 3lbs of fries between the 2 meals! We looked at the menu online and have been eager to try it out and unfortunately sad to say we are definitely not likely to return. Driving past on a 5hr drive with my family of eight. We walked in to order, not a single customer in sight, but several workers in the back. We waited for about 7-8 minutes and no one said a word, until we had to speak up to the guy taking drive thru orders (bless his soul). He ended up taking a single order, and then got in trouble with his boss saying that they couldn't take walk-in orders cause they were too backed up from the drive thru. We walked outside and there was 5 cars in the drive thru... A simple "hey, you can still order but we're heavily backed up" would've been sufficient and we would've left with no issue and everything would've been fine. Yeah I really like this option. Good chicken, and salads. I appreciate these lower carb options. A little pricy for just chicken tenders, but yummy nonetheless. So today is monday the 19th 1215pm. Came to Zaxbys to use my free sandwich meal deal coupon for joining the Zax Club. As I ordered I specifically asked for well done Crispy French fries and she confirmed no problem.. I get my order and to my surprise I have soft Semi cooked French fries it honestly feels like they did the opposit of what I asked for. My husband's chicken club only had chicken on one side and his fries were cold also. We got there at 11:50am . I guess they started for the lunch crowd at 11:30. Well there was no crowd . So happy Zaxby's has opened a location on this side of PSL. I've been there several times since they've recently opened and every experience has been awesome with excellent customer service. It's 9:55 right now I pulled into Zaxby's at 9:47 waited in line till 9:52 to have a young man come outside with red cones put them in front of my car and not say a single word to me. If it wasn't for the fact that I asked him "so I'm just out of luck" he wouldn't have said anything to me and his only replying being "were done" and walls away from me. I understand it being it being close to closing but me being in line almost 15 minutes before closing and waiting 5 minutes to have cones put in front of me and not even having the curtesy to tell me I'm sorry we are closing was disappointing from a customer service perspective. read more

I have been going to this location for about the last 2 months. I have had good experiences prior to today. Today is Halloween and they closed the lobby at 430. I contacted the location and the general manager said they decided to close early due to having a lot of parents that work there and they didn't have the staff. I asked when they put the sign on the door and she stated this morning. I will not be returning to this location due to the lack of professionalism. She said drive through is open.
